I have a upkeep contract on my furnace which entitles me to an annual check up. these appointments are no longer with a qualified plumber, but with a technician. This means that if a complication is discovered, a follow up appointment must be made for repairs.

Mason Dozal did an great work diagnosing the trouble with our tankless water heater. the error code 11 could not be duplicated. Mason was through and gave me instructions on data to record if the problem re-occurs. His professionalism would have been a 5 Star Plus rating!

Bryan Treska was meticulous and did an amazing job. He was thorough and manage to find the root cause of a leak that had persisted for 3 years. He arrived back the following day with what he needed to repair the identified leak, and repair it. Fingers crossed this has put the matter to rest for good.
