Rented a car on the 23rd of April 2021. Returned the car to Collins rd and SW 43rd on Sunday the 25th. We were told from the agent there was a location on 16th and Collins rd which was blocks from our hotel. So we had to pay an extra overnight charge plus a taxi to get back to hotel. We got chapter four 4 days. We were back home a day before they said we returned it. Called corporate and still waiting on a call back from regional management. I talked to 4 managers 4 times to resolve this. And it's August still dealing with this.

liars! worst experience in my life.we called and made reservation for sedan and when we went on pick up they said they have no cars. when you’re first time in a city it’s a big problem!

Kind staff, no complains. In and out within minutes. Not many cars on the lot to choose from but at least they had the one I needed lol. Solid business

Worst rental car ever!I rented a car by Internet for the day 9am-6pm and when I arrived at the desk at 9am the manager told me : "We are sorry but we have no car available now, let me call you when I get one, in 1 or 2 hours!"If I rent a car at 9am it is definitely not to take it a 11am!Because of them I had to take a Uber to be on time at my 10am meeting in Fort Lauderdale (from South Beach it costed me a LOT).DO NOT RECOMMAND!

This Enterprise is the best. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the convenience they offer. From the professional staff like Maria and Ryan, to the details in the thorough cleaning. You can reserve a quality car or an exotic one. Location is perfect if you’re staying local or heading right on the bridge. The process is smooth considering it’s one of the most popular. I usually extend my reservation because of how satisfied I am. Life gets easy with Enterprise. Thanks guys!

I can’t say enough good things about this location! Maria, Jonas, and Ryan are incredible. They go above and beyond to find the car you need and make the process as easy and stress free as possible. They’ve saved me many a time when I needed a car last minute to get to work. They really care about the customer and provide excellent service with a smile and friendly attitude, even if it’s a stressful day.I’ve rented from many companies, and Enterprise consistently has the best customer service, pricing, and experience every single time. I’ll be seeing more of these three for sure as I only need a car occasionally and the process is just so convenient.Tip: Reading some of these reviews I see that the negative feedback is mostly based off of inventory discrepancies. Unfortunately, it seems that the Enterprise reservation system allows customers to reserve cars that are not physically present at location and will not necessarily be transferred automatically. However, if you call the number for this location (press 4 and then 2 to speak with the branch itself) you can confirm availability and Maria, Jonas, and Ryan will either make sure they have your car when you show up or do everything they can to bring it over if it’s not already there.I recommend to corporate Enterprise to update this system in a way that is easier on their customers and employees. In my experience, there is no penalty for a missed reservation, which creates inventory issues down the line because a reservation does not guarantee the car will be there for you. If this were fixed so that you could only reserve what they have in stock, and you were incentivized to actually show up, soooo many issues would be fixed. Either way, Maria, Jonas, and Ryan will do everything they can to help you in the meantime!

If I could give tho place 0 stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I was one of 4+ people that had made reservations for vehicles and they had NOTHING. Please do not give this place your business or waste your time. they even told me that they didn't have an exotic car for at least five months. I made a reservations, and when it came time for me to pick up a car they didn't have the car that I had requested or any car for that matter. I had requested for them to give me a call once they got a vehicle (not even being picky at this point) and I literally never heard from them. I ended up calling Budget which is down the street from this location, and they had an array of vehicles.

We waited almost an hour for a vehicle once we arrived for our reservation. Additionally, we received a compact vehicle even though we reserved and paid for an Intermediate/Standard size. When I asked the employee about it, she lied to my face and I knew it because I could see on her check-out device that what she was assigning to us clearly said compact. She also tried to assert that we were "getting what you booked" when I asked her, but when I checked my reservation it wasn't the case. After waiting for so long for a car in the first place, I didn't have time to go back and forth with her. I wouldn't rent here again. Slightly shady and VERY unprofessional. The delay with the car completely ruined our plans.

Making reservation online was easy and I got a good deal for a compact car. Return was also very easy. The complicated part was reaching someone at the branch. I had read that it was possible to schedule a pickup so I called many times... but no answer. I called main number but they couldn’t reach anyone by phone either so they sent an email, but still no one answered or emailed back. On car pick up day, I waited a long time... the worker was working alone and he was away from the desk for long periods of time. But car itself was in great shape.

Great place to rent from , very easy, and good prices. Due to covid a lot of cars are sold , so they have limited options. But that didnt matter because the service was great , Michael , Marianna, and Nem made you feel special. They wanted to help in anyway , I wanted a specific car that wasn't their , usually everyone knows that they cant guarantee the car , here is the same thing but what is nice that they still try to do the best they can to get you the car you want and if not let you choose from whats available or have something closest to your needs. They made sure I left with an experience that I can still come back and rent from them which I will. Thank you!!

This Enterprise location definitely gets 5stars. I wish that I could give 100 stars. This has been the first exotic car rental company that has promised me the car that I desire, the agent Mariana has held the car that I wanted and she made me rental experiences worth becoming a repeat customer any day possible. I’m a corporate account owner and this location is most professional thus far. Thank you for your great service, hospitality and the overall renting experience.
