The Manager Tate is an amazingly helpful guy. They helped me with everything - getting a temp vehicle, car seat for baby and then upgrading me to Mustang next morning. They called me morning to let me know that they kept aside Mustang for me and also let me by pass the queue since I already had enrolled for the vehicle. Thank for making it swift and easy.

Manager is awful. Would not let me take my rental without a credit card, said it’s national policy that with an out of state license you need a credit card. When I went to California for a week they didn’t question it at all, didn’t even ask for a return flight ticket. Enterprise on 5th street let me rent one two days ago with a debit card. Literally screwed up plans for my whole day and I had to go back to the 5th street location and pay more for a larger vehicle because that’s all they had available this morning. He was very rude and refused to work with me.

I booked a BMW car online with them but when we arrived to the location they only had one VW SUV left, the guys were very nice and knowledgeable but still that's one of the main reason we reserve is for them to hold the car anyhow I took the SUV and was charged the same amount for a lesser car. Few days later i get a call from them and they promised to take off $50 for the inconvenience that did not happen, I got charged the full amount and few other pending charges which I don't understand for what so I might have to dispute them.

Very rude employees. I rented a full-size SUV weeks ago and got stuck with a pickup truck. Rented at 9 am on 29th and returned it the next day at 9 am on 30th, but got charged for 2 days instead of 1 day. I called the location multiple times and was told to leave my contact number, and the manager would call back, but no one called back or adjusted the refund. They also hang up on me while still on the phone. Due to very high and busy tourist location, employees at this location don't care about customers. Employees are very, very rude. This location scams its customers on over charges. While on site, I noticed that employees will not close out returned rentals on time and will overcharge customers. I've escalated this to Enterprise. I also took a picture and recorded a video during my return rental as proof of return time (8:37am) and day (Dec 30th) and person (Dillon) I returned to. So be careful and take videos and pictures of rentals.However, Dillon was the best employee who helped me find my lost item.

Do not rent your vehicle here! Trust the reviews! In all my years of renting cars with Enterprise, I have never met such an arrogant, rude and power tripping individual as the so-called store manager himself, Dominic. If he truly is a store manager he needs retraining and needs learn a thing or two about professionalism and empathy. Based on all the previous reviews, it seems that Enterprise as a corporation overbooks their vehicles leaving these poor minimum waged workers to deal with angry and frustrated customers. Do better!

The worst location to rent a car.So called “manager”, Dominic is outright rude, and doesn’t know how to treat customers. He needs to be fired! Definitely power tripping, as he has nothing else going on for his life. Do not rent a car here! They probably won’t have one available anyway. We found this out the hard way, even though we booked six months ahead.

Terrible experience, worst costumer service, you stand in the que for more than an hour and then told to leave because you made the reservation too recent, (which was like more than 8 hours) never going back there again

Do not make any prepaid reservations. If you are lucky you will have to wait few hours for car. They do not have cars (reservations doesn’t mean car is waiting for you, reservation is like just waiting list).

Short staffed, booked online and still had to wait over 2 hours in an extremely hot temp store front to get a vehicle. Turn on your air condition, Get more staff and improve your process. If I booked online I should not have to wait 2 hours with only 8 people that were waiting in line with me just to be told that my vehicle has been rented. Last time we rent a vehicle from enterprise.

Rude rude rude. Never met a level of customer service as low as this. Had a car that had to be towed. Called to explain the situation and they were rude and unapologetic regarding the situation. Seemed routine that I would be without a car and stranded. The National service line was worse. Worse customer service experience.

The same old story, I suppose. A confirmed reservation, only to arrive , wait and then be told no car available. Do your self a favor and check out SIXT Rent-a-Car literally right next door before wasting your time and hope on a car Enterprise can't produce and have absolutely no remorse about leaving you flat...

We made a reservation and called the Enterprise customer service to verify they actually had cars a available - which they confirmed. After taking an Uber to get there, we’re told they’re out of cars. Basically that customer service don’t know the actual status. From our end - you’re one company and if promised a car we expect one. No apologies. Just told to wait 30 min to an hour. Maybe more. After an hour we were asked to leave as they were closing the store. So basically…we’re out of luck. Again no apology - just blaming this is how the car rental industry works. Never again this location! They clearly don’t care.
