The service was excellent. Car Booking and picking up a car is very easy there. I also received a lot of help when the car was towed away. Peyton Neidel and Dominick Almonte in particular were great. I would be very happy to have employees like these two in my company.

We made a reservation weeks ago. Get there and are told there's no vehicle, they're being delivered shortly.The customer service was atrocious, we ended up canceling our reservation and getting an Uber back to the airport to use somebody else! As I was standing in line, patiently awaiting the customer service lady to get off the phone, a gentleman walked in, she immediately hung up the phone and assisted him, as I was standing RIGHT in front of her.Rochelle, the other representative, was already assisting another unhappy customer, and then waited for me to approach her after the first representative walked away with the gentleman she went to assist. I advised her that I wanted to just cancel, and why, and she couldn't have cared less that she had a lobby full of unhappy customers.They also do not tell you that you are charged an additional $100-$200 to drop off your car at the airport on the way out! This isn't listed anywhere online either.I DO NOT recommend this location at all! I've dealt with many enterprises, in many states, but this has been the worst. I would rather go back to the airport and deal with the crowds and frustration than deal with the service, lack of vehicles despite reservations and general lack of concern with any professionalism that is in this branch.

There seemed to be some confusion and a wait when I arrived. Despite the turmoil, the staff were amazing. Dominick was extremely kind and professional while handling dissatisfied customers, waiting times, and whatever else was going on there. Not sure what the holdup on the processing of the cars was but the staff here was stellar- very professional. Also- reasonable rates of South Beach.

DO NOT RENT HERE. This place is a joke. Let’s you wait for hours and hours even after they confirm by phone and email that they have cars available. We had to wait for over 2h and with us 10+ other clients.They are short on staff and the only staff member who works there works extremely chaotic. He is frequently gone (“getting cars”).No privacy when giving all CC and contact details. I will never rent here again.

I never write negative reviews and try to give people grace but people need to know about this location. Just like the numerous negative reviews you will already find, we had the same negative experience. Verified they had a car for us online and by phone. We show up and they had no cars for not only us but a room full of travelers. This appears to be a problem dating back nearly two years or more. Sixth seems to be the most reliable car rental service to use here so don’t waste your time with this place because it’s a scam and a joke.

This place is really a joke! I had two reservation, the first time they had no cars and about ten personne were waiting for their cars. It ended with no car for anybody even after making us waiting for it.Two days after, i we had another booking and same issue.They are used to with that kind of situation and they let people waiting for hours while living with the excuse of going to look for a car.Definitely not recommended. Their score doesn’t reflect the service for sure.

Terrible service !!!!We rent 2 cars this week : we went on wednesday : no cars (20 people waiting for 2hours at least before us in the Line)And today we came for our second reservation : same scenario : no cars and 5 people before us waiting for 1:30….I always rent my cars with enterprise in Canada and it is the first Time I face such a catastrophic situation …

Disappointing Experience with Last-Minute Changes and Poor Service at Enterprise Rent A Car 5th Avenue Miami BeachI recently had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise Car Rental at their 5th Avenue, Miami Beach location. I had booked a car online well in advance, but just 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup, I received a call asking me to accept an alternative vehicle. However, the real disappointment began upon my arrival.I was greeted by a staff member named Jose, who was extremely rude in his demeanor. To make matters worse, I was informed that there were no cars available at all – a complete turnaround from the earlier communication. This not only caused significant inconvenience but also wasted my entire day, as I had planned a trip which I then had to cancel.The lack of service and the discourteous treatment I received was quite shocking. It's really ridiculous to face such issues, especially when you plan and book in advance. I strongly urge others to reconsider before booking with this particular Enterprise location. They need to significantly improve their customer service and ensure better communication about vehicle availability.BEWARE OF THESE TIME WASTERS & ATTITUDE BY PERSONS LIKE JOSE !!

I made a reservation on their website and entered my contact details. Shortly thereafter, I received confirmation of the booking, and we started walking from our hotel to the Enterprise office.Upon arrival, there were 2 other annoyed customers for various reasons. The employee informed me that he had emailed me immediately after I made the reservation to notify me that the car was not available. I asked why he didn't call me, which would have saved us the time walking to their office. He replied that he only had my email address and no phone number. I checked my reservation and all the details, including my phone number, were listed. He mentioned that only luxury cars were left for the day. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, to which he did not respond at all.We then went to Miami Convertibles and got a great deal there. What a difference compared to the bad experience with Enterprise – fantastic service!

This is definitely the best place to rent a car and to get a great service, thank you Christian and Dylan for making my experience so nice professional and easy.Christian was in contact with me the whole time until I got what I neededI booked a car the day before with a different company and they didn’t even try to help.Today it’s very to find great service like that I thought to myself why they are so nice but I guess they like their job, bc only when someone likes his job he can give that kind of professional service, even when I return the car Dylan was taking care another lady and me at the same time but he did it smooth and friendly, thank you guys you da bestHighly recommend this location
