She is so approachable & understanding of an inconvenience to her customers (that is if you address her like a human instead of an enraged animal of course). Unfortunately there are still other Family Dollar employees who are unpleasant & make the customers feel as if they're a burden whenever we request their assistance. However, I believe having a team leader like Ms. Sharmita will help improve the employee customer dynamic if her employees choose to view her as an exemplary role model.Thank you Sharmita for always assisting me as well as others with respect & understanding... even when you have a significant amount of inventory to unbox & distribute. BTW the one star reserved is for some of the other employees who has a lot of room for improvement within themselves.”
