I thought about this review before I wrote it. However, how else will businesses find out when they’re rude and underserving.
I bought my clothes to this location to get serviced over a week ago. The seamstress said it’ll take a week. I returned eight days later and my clothes still were not ready. On top of my clothes not being ready, the ladies (seamstress and cashier) refused to speak — in English or Spanish — which they did not realize I spoke. I said hello twice — they ignored. When I say refuse to speak — that’s just what they did. She walked straight to the PC and started typing (no “Hello”). I go back the next day and I then observed her assist a white man and her mood changed — but she kept a stoic face with me. She said, hello, and helped him with a smile. I guarantee you I spent $200 more than that white man, and got poorer service. I spent $214.00 on five pieces. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever visit again. I chose it because I am new to this area and the location is convenient. BUT I will NOT be back. They need to treat all people the same — not change tone because of the color of your skin — especially when you are paying more money than the saltines. This review sounds exactly how my service was — poor.
