I think a word of thumb in dealing with people in general in sales, is know your product, be accommodating and polite. I live on Sunset 4 just around the corner. I used To buy at the store off Lincoln, then again at the store off Biscayne next to Soyka (which the sales person insisted ,rudely, that neither existed) which having lived on and in Miami most of my life just became a rude conversation like I was just dead wrong. Had my eye on something but b/c of the way I was treated. Walked out. Remember, positive or negative, word of mouth spreads quicker than the internet, especially in this part of Miami Beach.

Small and fabulous! Beautiful pieces from top end designers. Bought some Chanel earrings but loved everything. SA was happy to show me as many pieces as I asked for. Typical for Miami Beach, parking is limited.

The worst consignment store in Miami. I will never be consigning my items here EVER again.For background information, I bought my Chanel bag from the Chanel store last year and came to this location to consign it, as i’ve consigned with them once before. They messaged me a few days after my drop off to explain that my bag is not real… I was stunned, as i purchased it from the actual Chanel store in 2021. In the end, they told me to get the authentication from elsewhere and they would be able to take it in.So a few days later i brought in my Chanel receipt and my valuation from The Real Real (proving my authentication further) and they didn't even acknowledge either and returned my bag to me without hearing anything i had to say. I was stunned as they didn’t even want to have a conversation about it, they even cut me off every time i tried to converse.Whoever is authenticating these bags at this store should be put to shame. The poor level of customer service i received from this store was outrageous.

Very small boutique. They accept only products in new/very good condition. But the prices are like in the official stores, just without warranty :)

When we walked in, we were greeted nicely, but someone was doing the live video it was extremely loud for a small space, almost couldn’t enjoy looking around, other staff were in the way of the jewelry counter with laptops and standing in front, hard to look and shop around with so much going on, was not very professional for a high end consignment shop, I’d rather pay full price at the retail to not navigate through that.
