I tried to return an over priced linen shirt to this company within the stated return policy timetable. They promised a return label and never sent it. I sent my own and their store is a vacant store front with no one there. I have reported to American express. Total scam over priced cheap clothing.

I've been trying to reach this company for a week. Nobody is getting back to me. The shirt I ordered was defective with holes in it and the dress was not a good fit. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get ahold of them? Looking to return both items. I guess I will just have to call my credit card company.

ORDER NUMBER order #4601 7/23/22 I ordered 3 shirts $199 each total was $447.75 and when received they were too small 8/2/22 I sent 2 back and they told me I could not have a credit due to sale price 9/5/22 I asked for a replacement item #1103 khaki and black 2XL please and it shows on sale on line for Labor Day sale $199 I sent back 2 shirts that were each $199 10/12/22 I was told it was being shipped and still have not received anything on 10/30/22 THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN AWFUL ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased an article of clothing for a specific occasion. Garment arrived, it was the wrong size. Contacted the store, and advised that they sent me the incorrect size, and since my Event was approaching, I had to purchase something else; I wanted to return this item. Weeks later, I finally received a return label, after asking multiple times. Article was sent back, grateful that I had the shipment tracked, so I know that it arrived. So at this point, you now have the item purchased, but the store continued to debit payments. Reached out to the store, via email regarding my refund and ask that they stop processing payments. It was then that I was told about a return policy, which was NEVER mentioned in any of the few emails they responded to. Finally, I had to contact my Credit Card to launch an investigation that I got resolution with my Credit Card. I will NEVER purchase from this store again, and advise that you do not either.

Big time scam alert! Ordered a jacket and shirt online (around $480), pics looked great, nice website, but the clothes arrive and the stitching, material and cut were very cheap And doesn't fit. They have used covid to avoid returns/ refunds. Ok. So send me a size that fits.... The email response is from a Nitza Cohen, who doesn't seem to exist online, other then in defunct LLCs, and fake LinkedIn, has just replied with vague promises of sending a return label but it has been 5 months and no action. Please don't support this store. I still can't believe I got taken like this...

I am from Argentina. I was visiting the Miami Beach location located on Collins Avenue, almost Lincoln. I made a purchase for a look for a wedding and I felt very well cared for and advised, especially by Cecilia!! Highly recommended!!

Truly awful clothing. Quality is beyond awful, so unappealing. Don't waste your money here. They claim they are authentic Italian, a far cry from Italian standards. Not recommended.

My wife has purchased many outfits from Claudio Milano Over the past 7 years and wherever we go, women and men ask where we bought them. Very very beautiful clothing, Italian tailored and superb customer service !! When an outfit is purchased and maybe needs a tweak, size wise, they happily perform alterations either onsite or sent back to Italy and have it back to us quickly and always correct. Their items are somewhat expensive but the quality more than makes up for it !! We strongly recommend this store !

Ugly, hideous clothes. So not worth the price. If I could, I’d give this place a -1. My boyfriend went and bought me two shirts worth 1,400 as a surprise, I wanted to return them and they said no. What website sells 10 thousand dollar dresses but have knockoff Christian louboutins on their site? For that price go to a name brand store people at least if you want to sell your item you can get your money BACK!!!!
