This is a nice branch aesthetically however the customer service is horrible. I went in to cash a check and they made me wait 30 minutes to cash the check due to “verification”. I am black and that is definitely the reason. A man by the name of I believe kiro.

My condo cant pay vendors for 3 wks because we are unable to set up our new accountant on-line via e-partner. I drove to Coral Gables bank but they said I had to set up by phone. I called and called, put on hold for 1 hr 15min then bank hangs up; I leave a essages and no one calls me back. So then I visit the Miami Beach location and same thing, they say I must instead call. So I call again, I explain what I want 5 times, person doesn't speak enough English to understand so they hang up on me. Right nows 10:37am, I am on hold , let's see how this goes. UPDATE: 11:30AM I am now on-line banking. Yea!

I love the tellers here. They are all super sweet, quick to help you, never in a rush to close up, and always very professional.
