The attention is very bad. Mainly with foreign clients I opened an account to have a card I made the deposits that were required of me for it
This was six months ago I never heard from the card again I contacted them countless times Confusing responses I have sent emails I never knew why it was not issued Obviously everything is legal in my country and in Miami I hope to be able to travel

Beware of misleading promotions! Citibank advertised an American Airlines flight discount which we received a voucher for. Unfortunately, attempting to redeem it proved futile. When redirected from American to Citibank, Citibank staff claimed ignorance of the voucher. Despite our printed vouchers being within the valid date, the issue remains unresolved.. Disappointing experience!

Excellent is an understatement, Jose helped me yesterday and his treatment was top quality, he answered all my questions, I was able to complete all the procedures without any problem, excellent quality of service, always putting the customer at ease.

Bad service and bad customer service at this branch. The online dating service does not work well. At the branch the wait is endless. Very relaxed employees. Catherine very arrogant, does not give respectful answers. Quite the opposite happens right across the street at the BofA, which has great service.

Citigold customer here tor several years. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE at this branch. If you go there to speak to manager, they tell you have to make an appointment. On Citibank website this branch is not even listed, so how can I make an appointment? And when I call Citigold over the phone they tell me there is nothing they can do! I am an infinite terrible customer service loop!

Bad customer service. I am a Citi client for 15 years. I went to this branch to open a new account and they asked me to come back with certain documents. I went back one month later, when they informed me that I needed an appointment . So I made an appointment to meet with Catherine one week after that at 10am. I was there on the day of at 9:50am, I waited for Catherine to arrive at the bank until 10:27am, she never showed up. I had to leave because I had another meeting scheduled. No respect for a client’s time, and no apologies from Catherine.
