GROSS INCOMPETENCE. I tried to pay off my CITIBANK credit card yesterday - they couldn't find it. They have my name, all of my location and personal information, all of my other bank account #s, and I told them the last 4 digits of the credit card and they can't find my own account at their bank. Seriously - and I'm a "Citi Gold" customer too. They know me by name - they just can't find my accounts - ever. In fact, I've never even seen the account details of this credit card because it's not showing in any of my online accounts. Citibank apparently doesn't want you to review your own bank activity - I feel like I'm going to have to hire an auditor and make sure I wasn't robbed :( The bank manager here Rosemary - pressured me every time I saw her to activate this citibank credit card, and now that I've activated it - I can spend money on it and charge it - I just can't see the charges nor can I pay any of the balances. Like really - is my credit going to suffer when the credit card isn't paid because I have no way to pay it? Nevermind the potential fraud I'm open to with this nonsense banking situation in 2019. Rosemary said she "helped" me by mailing me a "token". Apparently it's a piece of METAL - yes - METAL. God knows what I am supposed to do with that - I brought in the letter that talks about it but that wasn't good enough - they need some metal to link my accounts? Doesn't that sound like a hoax? Doesn't this whole situation sound like a hoax? If someone REAL at citibank sees this, please contact me. I have a felling I might be getting robbed here or something - it's starting to get REALLY SCARY.

Very rude bank came in and asked for a bank consultant and the teller told me she could help me. In the meantime I was speaking to the teller 5 people walked in to speak to a consultant. The teller explained that she actually couldn't help me and referred me to the consultant. (I never Knew a bank where the teller is a consultant) ? My complaint is I asked to be put on the list since I had arrived before the 5 people and was denied!! I had to wait 1 hour because the teller wants to play bank account consultant !! Makes no sense. I'm changing banks for sure!! Also the Manager had the nerve to tell me they didn't skip me they were appointments. Just rude, I have to go to work.

Citibank is a prime example of how you cannot trust banks. Citibank is the one bank that you should never trust with your money! I opened my account online. They have stolen my funds. They froze my bank account and now are saying that they cannot locate my funds. They left me without food on a weekend. I called Monday only to find out that they have frozen my account and they claimed that they would mail me a check for the balance within 30 days. It has now been 60 days and they have stolen from me. I just received a letter in the mail stating that they cannot locate my transactions. They are criminals! It started when someone used my debit card fraudulently to the tune of over $1500. Citibank refused to dispute with Visa. They took it a step further to also steal my funds as well. I'm beginning to think that it was Citibank that was behind all of it. Please immediately open a bank account at a different institution and get your funds out of Citibank. Google "Citibank got sued" and you will see about the hundreds of millions of dollars they owe right now because of stealing from people. All in all I had less than $2000 in my account and they did this because they felt that they could get away with it because I'm not wealthy. If it weren't for my parents I'd be homeless. I'm hoping this bank goes out of business. They are not the brand that you think they are. They are almost broke due to losses from criminal activity and lawsuits and this is what they are doing to people to try to recover! I should probably get the FBI involved. Watch out because I have read other reviews where a guy said that they stole over $15,000 from him. It's hard to litigate when you can't even eat or pay your rent because your bank just raped you....... you've been warned.

South Beach isn't known for its great bank locations but luckily this place hasn't been overran by another condo building so it's always a secure spot to pull out cash. The drive through isn't a headache and even when the branch isn't open, it's well lit and accesible while coming in or out of SoBe. It's not as popular as the other conglomerates but I've been a customer for over ten years and I'm happy with the service I receive here. The parking is easy to access despite the populated area and the camera feature at the atm makes me feel safer during those late night hours. We all visit south beach at one point of our time here as miami folk so if you bank with the blue you should be happy with this location. It's convenient to have some cash on you at many spots in this area and this is the only spot where there's no fee for me.

I will never complain about this branch! Actually the staff is super friendly fast and efficient. One day my cellphone died and I really needed to make a phone call so they gave me one of their offices to use the phone in private.

It's people like Kerry that really make a difference! By far the best banking experience I have ever had!! Thank you Kerry for your genuine hospitality.

The service at this branch is terrible. They take forever to respond to customer's wants and needs. I am considering taking my business elsewhere. They need to clean house and need new management because nobody knows what they are doing there.

Trying to call this branch all the time, you get 1 msg "our branch is closed now" ummm it's 11AM!!. Try to go to the branch to go over 1)checks are bouncing back for no reason 2)been charged monthly charges of $20 although I have more than the minimum balance. here is the answer that you get from tellers & associates: "for these issues you need to talk to the manager - Junior" ok, is Junior here"? no he's out for this week! are you kidding me!! I thought the service in this new branch will be better that the one on 17th & Washington. WRONG it's as bad as it gets. I think it's a CitiBank worldwide problem. I'm done with this, going to close my account and move my business to a place where they know how TO DO business
