Today, Chase employees, Samantha and Lazaro Gonzalez racially profiled my fiancee. He was questioned and instigated in front of other customers. He has been a Chase member for over 15 years and has never seen such unacceptable behavior from a Chase employee. They kept asking him questions about his account in front of other customers and kept giving him a run around. Made him verify all of his transactions in front of the lobby. Lazaro then mentioned he had to get a "manager" but proceeded to come back with Samantha Gonzalez who is NOT a manager BUT an associate. This VERY sketchy on a customer stand point. They had him wait 10 minutes to do an "override" just to get $200 dollars. They could not tell him what the override was. They were inconsiderate and presumptuously suspiciously racists. Both of these employees and this establishment need to be investigated for racial profiling and discrimination. I hate to see this in South Florida and felt compelled to share this story he told me today.

The worst Chase branch ever! The only one in the neighborhood and ATM section is closed when the bank is closed despite they have a card reader and separated section with ATMs. Their drive through doesn’t work either. Horrible!

Bank branch on purpose blocks access to ATMs after 5PM giving you zero options to access your account or get cash.

This particular location is awful. The drive through ATM is always broken and then the interior ATMs are unavailable after hours even though they have a card reader at the door for after-hours access. Its been broken/disabled for over a year now!!! This chase location is absolutely worthless after bank hours.

First, I had to wait for 40 minutes to get any assistance.And the basically, I wanted to change my account to a checking one (after this, probably changing it to an investment one) but, apparently, if I want to make a wire transfer the system has to send me a code only through text message, which can’t be send to an international number -my only phone number is international, from Argentina. Then, the supervisor told she couldn’t help me and send me to contact the call center, making me internalize the absolute incompetence and anachronistic system that the chase has. So, I go physically, in person, to a branch, taking time of my agenda, to get no solution at all, and basically wanting to close my account and end absolutely all kind of relationship with chase, instead of making the deposit I wanted and had to do. Note that I’d been a client since 2012. Apparently that it isn’t of value for the bank, and right now I’m looking forward to expand my business with another bank. Hopefully someone will help me and solve this issue, that’s the only reason why I kept my account open

very bad service, old building, front doors always broken, back door always broken, ATMs the worst , empolyess dont like u if u speak English, working hours are not real.

The employees who are actually there are very helpful. The problem is, whenever I need anything more than a deposit or withdrawal, a specialist is habitually unavailable.I make an appointment, they're late or a no show. I come as a walk in, no availability because they only have 1 specialist working that day.This is the most frustrating branch I've ever committed to. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to me, otherwise I would never come back again.

This bank NEVER has quarters i cal all the time because its the only bank i bank with debit wise. How are yall ALWAYS out of quarters but the bank 10 minutes from this one has quarters? Makes no sense.
