I bank here. great Bank. very very professional. never had an issue.. and when they froze my account I went inside and Ernesto fixed it right from the banking computers inside the branch.. I find it to be the best place to bank and I I've had a lot of experience with different banks in the past and I chose Chase over all of them.. ...plus stop by here to cool off in there 24 hour ATM INDOORS fully air conditioned..

Horrible cusomer service. Margarita is the worst to deal with. They still operate in “pandemic mode” and don’t offer any change whatsoever. What is the purpose of the bank if a business client can’t go in and take change? They make you order it, wait for 7-10 business days to get it and even than they won’t guarantee your order. Few years ago this beach used to be amazing. Now with new people it’s horrible.

I tried to open an account and they would not let me open it because according to them I am not a resident and my passport is expired I told them I had my ID and in other banks I opened it without the need for my passport.

The manager in this branch does not respect client privacy. I was going to deposit a check on my name but it was not accepted because there was also a mortgage company next to my name. I required an explanation and the manager came in front of me and asked me whether I wanted to speak in Spanish or English, do not knowing my ethnicity (I am Jewish). And then he proceeded to explained me in loud voice that I needed the mortgage company to endorse the check as well. All that was in front of other customers. As a Federal Physician who worked for the VA, FDA and two major universities, resided in several states and had monies in different banks, I was never disrespected or my privacy violated like in this branch. I hate this bank my sister wired me 100.00 to my number thru zelle but I guess someone else who had the number before me had their bank linked to it and they received it this bank couldn't do nothing about it so the other person got lucky and kept it the person my sister and I I spoke to was so rude she didn't care that money was wired to me because the hurricane damaged everything of mine and I'm in a hotel FEMA is paying for and I needed that money to buy pampers for my son she was a rude unprofessional person I'm closing this account as soon as I can if I could give it 0 stars I would

Michael and staff were so helpful!! True lifesavers, traveling out of town and did not bring my correct methods of payment. I was able to open a liquid account, deposit money and pay for my accommodations. Appreciate all the help and great conversation
