Terrible experience. I am a 10+ year Chase customer (banking, mortgage, Sapphire Reserve). Spent 10 mins in line, no one greeted me, but greeted everyone else. They let customers freely cut the line. Walked out without my needs being met. Definitely won't be back to that branch.

This bank is located in a centric and busy location, but the service is awful. I visited it with a big problem looking for guidance and I left worse than I entered. They don't know what they are doing and are not helpful at all. Worst customer service ever. The manager is completely unhelpful.

The banker I opened a business account with works here. I was trying to track him down because I received an email that a problem exists with the business account I opened. I did call customer service and the representative told me that the banker missed a form opening the account. Naturally I was enraged because there’s only so much time in a day, and plenty of things to get done- Blame was on the banker for being incompetent. It was not the case at all. The manager here got me to see a banker, the issue was resolved in 15 minutes.

I had normal withdraw operations, then I needed regular opening/closing account service.
I am still waiting from 03/27 (today is 04/12) that services are applied.
I always had very positive experiences in chase branches all over US, but I absolutely don’t recommend this branch.
Unprofessional.

We had a busy day today with lots of errands. One of the errands was to get some cash for tips, etc. We wanted $1, $5, and $10s, and you can't get that at a drive thru, but if you go inside the bank, you can get those denominations.
This has not been our go-to Chase bank in a long time because of their very long lines. But we decided to use it today. I tried to take a couple of indoor pictures for my review, but some bank employee came up to me and told me that indoor photos are NOT allowed. He was very serious. Therefore, I do not have pictures to add. Note to self: never go back to this location.

Worst customer service ever. Not sure why Chase is advertising for new business. After 2 weeks there is still nothing about my returned check. The manager is completely unhelpful. Not sure why he kept leaving me voice messages. I said clearly it's by appointment.
He did not know what I needed and wanted to make an appointment for me with someone else?
As I already wasted half of my day and went to the bank. You cannot get them on the phone either.
We shall see if another bank will appreciate my business.
There seems to be a lot of changes in that branch. Very frustrating. Cannot get my money nor my returned check info.
I never had rent money being held back.
