Mr Zackary is one of the bankers at this location and apparently he forgets what he says or he does not conprehend Spanish as you think he would. Definitely not native speaker but he never apologized for not honoring my appointment time and made me waste double my time

What makes this bank stick out … not just with Chase banks but the other half dozen close by is the young man from Guadalajara Mexico who is or SHOULD BE the bank manager. He is always well dressed, greets everyone courteously and with a huge smile. BUT WHY HE STICKS OUT AS “numero uno” is when a line starts to begin during prime hours and if he can, he leaves his office and assists clients in an orderly and professional manner. In other words he is a problem solver . This makes this bank stick out because it wants to serve its customers in a timely manner. I have actually stood in line at other branches while managers stand there and watch. Banks have lost their service oriented culture but NOT HERE. I will even walk by other Chase banks to come here because of his sterling service. At this Chase branch I feel more like family than just a number Even if there is a little wait, you at least feel like someone cares. This young man MR FUENTES makes this place. By the way the security guard here is always pleasant and helpful.

Tiffany is a total rockstar! I was very pleasantly surprised with the forthcoming & hands on approach. In spite of some challenges I had with my credit card application (due to the department in charge of approvals), my experience with Tiffany and this branch absolutely made up for it.

Doesn’t make sense that you guys have 2 ATMs and people can not access to get money after 5p.m people has emergency of cash on any time or any day. Plus also Amazon lockers are into too, and South Beach has a high hospitality jobs on any schedule which not everyone can be able to get cash or head to that Amazon lockers from 8am to 5pm
