My recent interactions with the customer service at Chase has been truly remarkable. The branch manager Newell was very friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile to address my questions. Their promptness and willingness to assist have made my overall banking experience with Chase exceptionally positive.

An excellent bank to deal with. All staff are very professional and knowledgable. They quickly resolve any issue and provide individual service. Rebeca gone above and beyond this week to make sure banking with Chase easy and hassle-free and this is consistent with how we’ve always been treated by everyone at this branch.

This branch is probably the best Chase branch in all of Miami. I needed assistance and had the pleasure of speaking with Rebecca . She was polite , professional and assisted me with a smile .

Bank has new atm hours reduced to 5 PM, M-F and card reader will not allow access after hours. Security guard allowed Hispanic couple to enter and access the atm well boyond operational hours (8 PM) but disallowed African-American male to enter while attempting to use card reader. Securityguard’s explanation for disallowing African-American male was, “Bank is closed” and aggressively pointing at the small sign showing “New hours, 5 PM”. Meanwhile, the couple was still freely able to operate the atm machines inside at 8 PM, FRI 12/8.

I rarely post reviews, and I especially hate posting negative reviews. That said, I feel compelled to leave this review; both to help inform prospective Chase customers and hopefully move Chase to resolve the reoccurring issues with this branch.The lobby is full of customers waiting to be acknowledged. This included my partner and I. We waited… and waited, until we were forced to flag down a Chase employee. Unfortunately, that employee was Rebecca.She was unwilling to assist us, or make any effort to do so. She had time until her upcoming 10:30 am appointment and we asked if she could assist us with opening another Chase account. She rebuffed that request, requiring that we return at a later date and time. We politely asked if she could start the process now, and then we could conclude what was left independently, on our own. No such luck. She continued to refuse to assist us and we were forced to leave.My partner and I have no choice but to now move our banking needs to another Chase branch.

The customer service was great everyone in the branch was supper nice. Rebeca was the banker that helped me out she explained everything and answered all my questions here customer service was so amazing. Even the manager Newell was so kind and asurar that I was in good hands. Best branch in Miami Beach hands down.

Branch is disorganized; Rebecca Figueredo, is a poor employee. So many thing went wrong: She came out asking who needed help, and I was the last one she ask, largely ignoring me, even though I had been waiting for some time. Then, she stated that she had no time to help me open a new account because she had an upcoming at 10:30 am. Even though I politely asked if she could assist me given that it was only 10:10 am, she refused, outright denying my request. I am deeply disappointed that Chase would entrust this branch to this employee, and saddened that she was unwilling to assist me. After I request to speak with a manager, guess what, she is the branch manager.
