“Update: I was contacted by customer service and the issue was solved. I'm changing my evaluation to 4 stars.I received the car half tank and returned it half tank and was still charged an extra $58 after I was told that there won’t be any extra charges. When calling customer service, they asked for a photo of the fuel indicator to prove it. This is just very bad service. I had higher expectations from Avis.”

“We got lucky. I made reservation online 1/2 hour before picking up the car. This location is friendly, helpful and stress free. Only $67 for an SUV and a booster seat for my son + $23 gas + toll. I have the SUV for 24 hours. I put 130 miles on it. It would have costed me $500 Uber from Miami to multiple locations in Homestead and to Fort Lauderdale. We stayed at the Loews right across the street. There is Enterprise Car Rental inside Loews Hotel, right in the lobby area. Save your time, don't bother to try Enterprise.”
