“I was having a lot of difficulty in getting my dreamcar due to insurance since i'm an international client and nobody wanted to rent the car to me and its not available for sale where i live in the caribbean, but a very close friend referred me to Premier Auto and a guy called Jay. My time in miami was running out and i decided to go to this guy and try for one last attempt at getting a car. Let me tell you guys reading this, Jay welcomed me and made me feel very relaxed during the whole process, and everything went perfectly and he got me into a green Huracan (omg this car is so perfect and i love it so much). I felt more like a brother to him and not just a client, he is just that type of guy, a truly humble and amazing person and i highly recommend him and these guys for any rental 1000%. Jay even took the time to assist me with the car (in the middle of a very heavy thunderstorm by the way), we both got soaked but it was totally worth it, will definitely be coming back to these guys the next time i'm in miami and i have zero hesitation in recommending them for any business rental. “My first time renting at Budget. Martin the sales associate made my experience very pleasant. He was professional and helpful with any questions. My total time was 10 minutes for pickup.
The next day return was even easier. Carlos the attendant took the keys looked over the car and handed me a copy of my receipt. Less then 5 minutes.

“My experience with staff has always been amazing and rent all the time from Enterprise however i had an issue with brakes making a sound and turned in the car at midnight instead of keeping it for 2 more days made attempts to get a hold of someone and was not able to reach anyone or solve the issue.”

“During hurricane we were stranded as the frontier airlines we booked would not get enough flights back out to accommodate their patrons and sis not off a hotel, Budget rented us a car with a debit card and we're a credit fee family and believe in paying with our own money not someone else's. The budget rented us a car to get our family home. Thank you budget we really are grateful and will always patronize and recommend. My family would be in the airport for three to four nights of it weren't for Budget. Never fly with frontier they were rude , do not care about their patrons”
“This place obviously has some struggles...but their commitment to working out the kinks is obvious. We rented a compact car ahead of time, and it was not ready for pickup.
Peyton did a good job of problem solving - first offering us an upgrade (unfortunately we did not want a bigger car), and then upon our car being ready (late), offering a discount. She remained calm, collected, and solution oriented.”

“Wow… We rented a convertible Jeep for a few days, to visit the Everglades, Miami Beach, the Keys!!! The best, my daughters loved it. I contacted through the site by email, instant response... and by text, Messenger the response is also quick! Great service, very warm welcome. A car in excellent condition and super clean.
Picking up at the airport is really simple, they tell you in which parking location with supporting photos and for the return just as simple in a garage in Miami Beach or airport, no need to go to a rental counter all this done online, super simple.
No hidden fees, security deposit refund received the day after return. Plus, since there is a Sun-Pass transponder in the vehicle, you don't need to worry about toll highways... we drove around a lot and the SunPass toll only cost us $18.
I definitely recommend this rental company to anyone who wants to enjoy a carefree trip in a quality vehicle, nothing to do with the big car rental agencies.
