Moved to a fully IKEA furnished condo in South Beach and was looking to get all new modern furniture. My husband and I stopped by this store as they had the type of furniture we were looking for. We were promptly told to leave as we "didn't have an appointment ". The salesperson was very rude and condescending. Told us we had to make an appointment and when we asked is she could schedule us she said we had to call. Mind you there was nobody else in the store. Pathetic customer service that indicated to me that this is a place to avoid at all costs.

Ordered a bench and never received an email about shipment within 5-7 days as emailed . I emailed to ask about the product - no reply . I called them and spoke to a representative who promised to email me or contact me that afternoon with an update - that was a week ago . I left a voicemail yesterday without any response . Terrible

Had an excellent experience purchasing an USM Credenza. One of the owners, Jesse, reached out and answered our questions before the purchase. Shortly after we place the order, a staff member emailed with an estimated ship date. Closer to the ship date, another email was received with our delivery options. We replied with our choice and the shipping company called to schedule the delivery. We are very happy with our purchase and service we got. Wife loves the piece.

Be ware! Don’t buy here! You should be in trouble with a lot of stress! Trust me! horrible customer service, waiting for long long time to ship, finally damaged furniture! Wow!! Why don’t you say sorry? I tried to called them more than 20 times in order to get my order within 6months!! I have a really really bad experience with this company. Why should customers pay for a lot of stress?? terrible!

I just want to say I had the most positive experience with CA Modern Home. I was very unsure of what color option of Eames Hang it All to purchase. When I called their 1800 number Jesse the owner picked up. He gave me his personal cell number and called me back on Facetime. He opened 3 different boxes and showed me what they looked like so I would feel comfortable with my purchase. I purchased the Herman Miller Hay collaboration in yellow. He personally packed it up it that day and sent me a picture of the UPS tracking number. All I can say is WOW!!!! So refreshing in this day to receive service like this. Unfortunately, nobody takes the time to write about positive experiences.

When I was having an issue with the sofa I ordered and others would not help me, the owner of CA Modern Home stepped up, worked with the manufacturer of the sofa, advocated on behalf of me, and found a solution to the very issue I was facing. Overall, it was great. Now I have a proper sofa in my living room.

I had to order a Herman Miller chair. It came in two sooner than they said. The chair was perfect and I am so glad I listened to their advice with the color. Fabulous service and really new their furniture.

DO NOT make an online purchase from them. I ordered 1 item on 2/10, and it said they would provide shipping info within 5-7 business days. As of 3/22 I have not received any info, but they were happy to charge my card. I reached out multiple times and only received a response once with the promise to follow up and they never did. I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get a refund.

Ordered a USM desk in June of 2022. I knew it would take quite a while to get here since there was a backlog and they come from Switzerland. When it did arrive months later, I had to refuse the pallet since the box was damaged. The instructions from CA Home clearly state if the package/box is damaged to refuse it and take photos. I had even sent multiple emails to them asking to clarify the instructions and asking if I was able to open the box up while the driver waited. I never received a response. I was told the desk was inspected and found damaged and a new one would be ordered. Waited another few months. I even tried to cancel since it was taking so long, but couldn't at this point. When the desk arrived, the box was again damaged and I refused it again. I was told I shouldn't have refused it but to have opened and inspected it while the driver waited. That was new to me since the instructions clearly stated to refuse any damaged shipment. I was told the instructions may need updating. Apparently, the shipping company was asked to open the box at the warehouse and inspect it for damage. They did not find any damage and re-delivered it to me. I opened the box and found a dent in one of the panels. I later found two more panels that rattled and one of the desk legs was bent. At this point, I was fully expecting the desk to be picked up and either refunded or replaced, but I was told they would come out and replace the panels and fix the leg. Not what I wanted to hear. I have no energy left to fight with this company. So now, I've been waiting for this desk since June 2022 and it still isn't in perfect condition.

I had a great costumer experience at this store. I just moved into a little apartment and was looking for a nice cozy chair. The staff there was really helpful and I had picked out the perfect chair in no time. The staff was patient with me as I took my time picking out the chair and I found not only a great one but it was in my price range as well. I couldn’t help but pick out other things for my apartment since everything they had was so cute. I will definitely be back in the future.
