Harness clip broke, replacement sent and broke again in a couple days. Leash I ordered never shipped, when I called was told not available in size paid for, then was shipped in what was available, very poor management, extremely difficult to get through to a rep , constantly told”I’m with another customer”. Do.not recommend!!!

I used to be a huge Bonefly fan. However, the leash clasp broke and even though Bonefly has great warranty and the replaced the leash for free, they didn’t have the same great leash with the zipper to put doggie bags in. This leash replacement came with an opening to push doggie bags in. The hole is too small for the average doggie bag roll to fit so you have to use some before it fits. Then after having used a few the roll is too small to stay within the opening and I lost 2 rolls of bags and now I don’t use the doggie bag rolls anymore but attached one or two bags to the handle. That makes an expensive leash look cheap and not usable as meant to be. For that reason I give it now 3 stars instead of my usual 5 stars. Please bring the older version back so I can give 5 stars. This leash is bad.

So I was sitting at Starbucks on Lincoln road today and I saw an employee of this company harassing children for sitting too close to this businesses door. This business should be avoided they forgot the sidewalk in front of their store is city property and be ashamed of themselves.
