Madam, Sir, I want to inform you of a very bad experience I had with the shopkeeper of BIKE RIDE SOBE LLC (Miami Beach), and I strongly advise against dealing with this merchant who behaved dangerously, violently, dishonestly, and is unworthy of trust. I brought my bike to them on November 29, 2023, for a simple task of assembling three items I had purchased online: 2 mudguards and 1 rack. DANGEROUS because when I was picking up my bike from the customer terrace, the shopkeeper accidentally dropped a heavy electric bike on mine, causing a serious injury to my hand's phalanx. The shopkeeper didn't even come to ask if I was okay but pretended to ignore what happened, hence the danger of dealing with this man. IRRESPONSIBLE because the next day, when I went back to ask him to make an insurance statement for my injured finger, he refused and denied what had happened the day before. VIOLENT, this shopkeeper unexpectedly grabbed my bike, on which he had installed the parts I paid $80.25 for, and violently threw it on the ground in the ramp, trying to scare me without doubt. DISHONEST because he then claimed he had asked me not to be where the accident occurred, but if he did, why was I injured? UNTRUSTWORTHY, he said that installing the parts I brought was complicated, but why did he take on the job if he turned out to be incompetent? The result was catastrophic, fixing the parts with metal rings that were not part of the nuts and bolts provided. An honest merchant would have directed me to another professional capable of the task, but he made me pay, and I guarantee you the result is a disgrace; this merchant is unscrupulous. DISRESPECTFUL OF HIS WORD, the shopkeeper initially quoted a price for the job, which he did not honor later, increasing it by 30% without explanation. XENOPHOBIC, and this is for my French friends because the shopkeeper referred to me as 'French.' So, if Gustavo doesn't like the French, friends, please avoid going to him; other bike shops in Miami appreciate French customers. To conclude, I suggest that if he organizes guided tours, before engaging with him, ask if he is properly insured and request to see his insurance policy because in case of an accident, things might get complicated for you. I also want to add that I reported all of this to the Miami Police, who referred me to the Better Business Bureau, which took up my request but did not follow through as they do not handle complaints seeking compensation for personal injury."

Excellent Decision for Beach Living
A friend recommended this place, and I couldn't be happier. I visited, found the perfect bike, and customized it with some great accessories. The bike is a joy to ride. The owner was incredibly kind and honest about the options available. Thank you so much!

Do not go. He is a joke. Listen to all of us that got fooled by him. He is trying to get as much money from you the first time, because he knows you won’t go back to him. Work ethic does not exist in his vocabulary. I should have checked all the reviews before going there. He is a scam. Is better to patiently wait for other professional shops and be happy with the final result. DO NOT GO!

The only reason he gets a star is because a cloud ☁️ wasn’t an option … after doing business with him Iv come to the conclusion I’ll never do business again with him. Had brake pads replacement, the front pads just fell out , and he refused to rectify the problem only for more money said he wasn’t responsible, after allowing him to work on both of my E-bikes at over priced chargers he basically told me I was the only one that ever complained … so I told him I’ll let him be known of he’s perfunctory workmanship…Do as you please but he gets a big HELL NO !!! From me …PS theres a shop a block away that even charges less and I’m understanding a lot of he’s former customers go there count me in !

Bad service, they charged me and did nothing to the Scooter and to top it off the owner stayed with it for more than 8 days... I wrote to him and he never responded "no guarantee" bad experience... I hope they don't fall into the trap

A thief. You take it to fix it and it breaks it more so that it becomes unusable. He charges you $75 to take it apart and then tells you that the replacement costs more than the skateboard. But be sure! A total scam! They wanted to charge me $350 for the repair. (The skateboard had cost me $330) I refused to pay and miraculously it came out

Hung the phone up on me for questioning a 150$ job that should cost no more than 50$ tops. Rip off taking advantage of folks who don’t understand e scooters.

He charges you anything. They charged me 3 times what they charged me elsewhere. The arrangement was good (thank goodness) but it really went too far in charging. A shame
