There is plenty of staff milling around chit chatting but NOT serving customers. It was easier to buy a new phone at ATT on Alton. Plus ATT was more customer oriented. I used to be a special member for Best Buy but since I am now in Miami Beach, I have stopped going. In Geek area one young lady was very nice sadly I don’t remember her name because I was so frustrated from my experience I just blocked out my visit.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Best Buy, thanks to Megan from the Geek Squad and Jason on the sales floor. Megan was incredible, demonstrating exceptional expertise and a friendly demeanor while helping me with my issue. Her customer service skills were top-notch, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Jason was equally amazing, providing excellent guidance in selecting the perfect hard drive for my needs. His knowledge and approachable attitude made a significant difference in my shopping experience.
Both Megan and Jason were truly amazing, and their dedication to excellent customer service is commendable. Best Buy is fortunate to have such fantastic staff! Highly recommend this location!

Even with few difficult people serving you, time is wasted and when you get the bad vibes it flies high without stopping, it seems like they don't like to sell or there are few people serving for such a large place.
