BEST BOA LOCATION EVER !!!Idk about past years, but 2023 staff is just amazing! Very professional , clientele oriented people. Me and my sister just came in today to open accounts - we were helped immediately! ( I was worried we would need to make an appointment beforehand like they told us at Wells Fargo). Everything went smoothly in a timely manner ; For those complaining about phones not being answered - seriously ? Call 1-800 not the locations! They are already extremely busy and doing their best to serve everyone who’s in!

Terrible customer service. Rude workers. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Avoid this bank at all cost. Guy at first computer was very rude and unprofessional. Had an appointment at 2:00pm for a week. Didn't get helped until 2:40. Why make an appointment?
