They were extremely professional as I was looking to get my Movado fixed. They said it could take up to two days so I dropped it off at or around 3:30pm on Wednesday 5/22/2024. However got a call 1.5 hours later saying it was ready for pickup. Great service provided and very happy with the work that was done, Highly recommend!!!!!

The place I always got my watch battery replaced has sadly disappeared. An internet search identified this place. They are great. Quick and nice service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Great custom jewelry. I’ve purchased several pieces. They stand behind their products. I had a weld spot come loose on once of my pieces and they repaired free of charge. Very friendly staff. Overall great experience.

I have lived in South Beach for over 25 years. Just the other day I needed some old classic and sentimental jewelry fixed. I had no idea where to go. On Google I found the most amazing jewelry shop called Bachi Jewelry. I thought for sure they would never be able to fix the jewelry pieces I had because they were so old and bought in Europe. I have never been more wrong! They meticulously restored both pieces Left with them and would call me to update the progress on how the “procedure” was going. What places even do this anymore? Pretty much nobody! I highly recommend you check them out especially if you need expensive irreplaceable unique jewelry pieces fixed and restored to mint condition! Amazingly friendly staff and fantastic selection of super awesome rings, bracelets, necklaces for both men and women. I seriously give them an 11 out of 10 stars ! This review is long overdue. I have been using this jeweler for years and have had excellent service every time. It’s very convenient location being in the heart of south beach. I have brought them everything from watch links to be taken out, broken bracelet, ring sizing, and they even were able to fix a pin inside a very expensive older watch. They are great with communication and fair with pricing. Highly recommend.

I have been going to BACHI Jewels for many years. I highly recommend them. Luis does excellent work repairing jewelry and he is really nice and trustworthy. I also go there whenever I need to replace my watch batteries. They have a nice selection of items and are well priced. The people working there are very helpful and attentive.

I just was passing my this store as my hotel was 5 minutes away and just walked in to see what they have there, and I ended up with 2 amazing items - the golden earrings and the golden ankle bracelet. The team that is working there is absolutely amazing and was patient with me making my choice as I’m a very particular client and I always know what I want and what I don’t. I guess I will be back there as soon as I will come to Miami Beach)
