Such a great experience here. All the ladies were so nice and helpful finding what I wanted.I went in with a budget and a small idea of what I wanted and found two pieces I love for a very good price, and very fast. The bracelet was even shortened twice while I was there.

Needed battery replacement on several watches. I prefer bringing them to a jeweler rather than a battery/electronics retailer because they know how to handle expensive watches properly, and will pressure test seals, etc. Bachi was fast, efficient, did quality work, and was quite reasonable.

I was desperately trying to get a necklace fixed very quickly. They were so kind and understanding and even though my repair was of minimal cost and financially insignificant for them they treated me so well and prioritized me in a way that I would not have expected. I will never shop at any other jewelry store in Miami Beach other then this one. Thank you Bachi Jewels.

My first time in this store was in 2007. The rings have bought are still like they were new.!Everytime I come to Miami I visit this store. Large choice, perfect quality, high service.
