Not only was he polite and professional, Danny is very knowledgeable.I purchased a Consew 2206rb-7-14dd, with a table and several accessories. The price was the best available anywhere. And even better is the exceptional customer service. Any commercial sewing machine if used often, especially sewing heavy assemblies, is going to require service; such as timing, needle height adjustments and etc. Every time I have had a question or need help DH Sewing Machines has always been there for me.In the next few months, I hope to be buying a long arm 3 or 4 step zig-zag machine. They didn't have toilet paper, paper towels, disposable gloves, and Clorox wipes. I ended up getting working gloves they don't have any disposal ones. She emailed their service team, and she helped me get a new faucet spray head through the manufacturer and made sure it was paid for through the warranty. I don't even know if the faucet was purchased through Ferguson, but their service desk was awesome and helped me greatly. 100% recommend for their customer service.”
