“Delivered my new French door counter depth the refrigerator on time. Delivery guys were very professional. Took away every last piece of tape and plastic protective wrap. Made sure it was installed properly.
Took out the old refrigerator and brought in the new one without scratching any walls. They were courteous and gave me proper instructions regarding the filtered water and the icemaker. Great service at a great price.”

I went to a different place first and was treated dismissively and the salesperson barely cared. I made an appointment with Farrey’s which is so out of my way since I live in Boca. So worth the drive! They have so many beautiful options for anything you need in your house- it’s so hard to focus! Daniel was informative, patient, professional, knowledgeable & friendly. “I bought a new washer machine still in box at a good price. He installed and removed the old machine within 3 hours after purchase. The 2- men that came were fast and professional. I couldn’t ask for anything better! I purchased the washing machine over a year ago and it’s been running great. I’ll be heading there hopefully this week to see if they have a refrigerator. “I went yesterday January 9/2026 to Home Depot in Coconut Grove, I am a woman of projects, always like to be doing different things in the house, so I got there yesterday fool of ideas on my head.
I ask a guy that work there about a product that I was looking for cleaning the marmol,He took me to the right place explaining how to use the product not only that , He took the time to take me to others places in the store and making sure that all of my questions were answered,his name is Carlos from Colombia, very attentive and polite, then at time for Me to paid there was a lady by the name of Cristina , very sweet lady, She convinced me to apply for the Home Depot Card , She was extremely helpful, I went direct to customer service and ask for the Manager of the store , He came and introduced himself and I explained that the reason that I ask for Him was I just want to said THANK YOU, for the great service that I received from this two workers in that store, the managers name is Rohan from Jamaica, He was also fantastic.
I really recommend this Store in Coconut Grove.”

On Monday, we returned from a long weekend to find our refrigerator dead and we were dreading the replacement process and hassle
After cleaning it out and checking availability on the web and with GE, it appeared to be a week or more before we could get a replacement
The miracle was we had a working refrigerator 48 hours later thanks to Bell’s and Laura Dodge
Not only that, the price was excellent compared with others
Bells will be our first stop for any future Appliance needs”

“Well I just want to share my experience with Aaron's furniture store at first I was kind of iffy about purchase a bedroom set at first because at first I didn't like everything was tax tax tax..... But after I learn the policy & terms and making my payments on time I really really like it didn't take me long to own my furniture the staff there is great good customer service very friendly always helping so I do recommend Aaron furniture store now I have my bedroom set for almost a year come August will make a year August 2024 and so far I haven't had any issues with my furniture I would like for them to tell me how can I get the paint to my furniture cuz I got some little scratches here and there on my furniture so please guys let me know but overall I don't have any issues so thanks you guys at Aaron furniture store off of 125th and 7th Avenue ”
“Overall, my experiences at The Home Depot on 8th Street in Miami have been positive. The store generally has a good selection of products, and I usually find what I'm looking for without much trouble. The service provided by the cashiers and floor personnel has been consistently good, with helpful and friendly staff members available to assist me.However, one aspect that has been a significant drawback is the parking lot. It has been a nightmare on multiple occasions. Finding a parking spot can be a frustrating experience, especially during busy times. The parking lot seems to be insufficient for the number of customers visiting the store, and it often feels overcrowded.The limited parking spaces and congested layout can lead to a lot of circling around to find an available spot, which wastes time and adds unnecessary stress to the shopping experience. It would be great if The Home Depot management could address this issue by either expanding the parking area or implementing a more efficient parking system.Despite the parking lot inconvenience, I still find The Home Depot on 8th Street Miami to be a reliable store with helpful staff and a good selection of products. If you can plan your visit during off-peak hours or use alternative transportation methods, it can help mitigate the parking issue and ensure a more enjoyable shopping experience.”
