Customer service was good and Dwene (the CSR) was friendly.The wait time was not very long.Note that you’ll need to pay tax as you would at most other places.

I never had a problem until today, since I changed my iPhone to ESIM iPhone 14 Pro which stopped working from one day to the next. I went on vacation to another country, I used another Esim, it worked perfectly for 1 month that I was there, I returned to the United States and my cell phone asked me for a software update 17 to be able to get my Esim from the USA again, I couldn't do it myself since the system It stalled in the update, I went to Apple, I lost my entire day in the Apple store Liconl Road and Aventura, no one could solve it or even tell me why my iPhone worked yesterday and not today, since it never had any physical damage. The conclusion was that I had to buy a new iPhone 15 pro and spend money which I did not expect. They say it's a hardware problem but I don't believe it, my iPhone worked until that update asked me to get my Esim again from here in the USA.The excuse is that you don't have Apple Care, you're useless.

I had to wait more than 40 minutes for someone to assist me. The store does not have that many people to attend to. Nobody requests anything. terrible service.

The attention of the place is terrible. I bought three phones and a watch. Very. Very bad attention. I like the products. But every time I have to update my cell phones, it makes me want to change brands. It is a top-notch company and they ALWAYS serve BADLY. The company should evaluate customer service, because people are going to get tired of the lack of advice and poor treatment from its staff.
