Ms. Judy answered all my concerns and verified my account information that was given to me by Service Representative, AJ back in October. I highly recommend American Consumer Credit Services (if you qualify) to get out of debt! They work with your creditors and lower your interest payments (The Main objective)! So you can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!! And your FICO credit score improves tremendously! As long as you don’t start charging on the credit cards they let you keep opened! The rep I spoke with was extremely helpful. He was excellent at explaining things thoroughly and answering any questions I had. He was very polite, pleasant and friendly. I’ve been with ACCC for 4 mo now and having them take over my credit situation has relieved so much of my stress. My payments are a lot lower than what I was paying before and I’m actually making progress instead of just paying the minimum. I had an issue with my Discover account and called today to try to get it fixed. I talked with Kim and she was very kind and helpful and called Discover while I was on the phone to get the issue resolved. I can’t wait to finally get out of debt and have that weight lifted!

I don't normally write reviews but I had a really great experience. I was a little bit nervous about this process but a friend shared how positive her experience was so I decided to give it a try. Unexpected expenses had me drowning but my representative, Pule, was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions. I wanted to be accountable and pay down my debt. Pule took away the shame I was feeling and helped me develop a plan that I feel will finally help me become debt free. So Grateful

The person I am dealing with is Prist (sorry if got name wrong)..She is sooooo helpful and describes everything in language I can understand.She works with me make sure that all is right, explains things I miss understood and helps me clear them up.She is FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL and so pleasant. I have used ACCC in the past. When considering debt consoledation, again, they're the first company I went to. Cibelly treated me with respect, empathy, and understanding. They were clear and concise when explaining the goals and information I needed. I definetely recommend this company to anyone needing help getting out of credit card debt.
