The wall full of sewing machine is really cool! I took a tour in the store, if you like the brand, it’s worth checking out. I didn’t find anything special, and realized it’s the same price and free shipping on their website. No sales person approached me to offer help either.

A sales associate was telling me about the uniqueness of the brand and how it is not a massive production ?? - dude your production is in China and India making 10 million pieces of each garment .. on top of everything a rude Latina manager on shift ( 10/14/2023 evening ) avoiding my questions playing a diva in her own Latin world ???This store lacks professionalism

a disastrous experience! we came home with a little hello for a salesman who was watching a movie on his phone and at the checkout a salesman who didn't calculate for us... then nothing! left to ourselves, we did our tour and our tests, then we left without a goodbye... we are also traders and especially customers today! how can you ask customers for hundreds of dollars and not even consider them. What a world today… The company is not going to make a fortune with such personnel! and for the negative allsaints image…

Professional, unbiased service.I'm used to being treated "differently" when I walk into stores on Lincoln Rd, because I'm often in work wear since I often don't have time to change just to walk around and shop after work. My experience at this location was so remarkably different that I had to write about it. The staff was attentive, quick to help, and delightfully intuitive about recommendations.I was drawn in that day by a display window dress (which ended up not fitting the way I'd hoped), but still left with a new favorite (different) dress, as well as a few impulse-buy wardrobe staples from a sales rack.I stopped counting how many times I have walked out of stores that had pieces I wanted, empty handed, because I was treated so poorly. Not here! They are professionals, and delightful, genuine people. It just makes me love the brand even more.

Super unfriendly staff. Did not greet or speak to any of our group upon entry and had a terrible attitude during the entire fifteen minutes we were in the store. My friend opened a door mistaking it for a bathroom and was yelled at. Will not be back to this location.

Mikayla is incredible. She helped me with a skirt and shirt, and went out of her way to get a skirt size that she knew would fit me better than what I originally chose.Thank you so much for a cute, appropriate fitting outfit!!

A very cool and unique store with walls filled with antique sewing machines. The prices are expensive, so I recommend shopping their sales online they have amazing prices. But they do have some cool pieces in-store, most of which are very well-made. They have dressing rooms as well.
