Fast and no line, very costumer service, ***** is indeed a great person, she is very clear with the instructions of the process, and I left with the impression that people care in Alliance Health, so much attention to all my requests in terms of my tight timing as was having flight in 7 hours and needed my tests for my family done urgently. Thank you for turning this stress of mine to the best possible experience. Recommend you definitely !

Went to Alliance Health on Le Jeune and had my free PCR done in few minutes. Olga was very helpful and kind. They said results would be ready in 48 hours but I got them in less than 12. Excellent service!

The customer service representative was horrible and ordered the wrong test. When I did arrive at Alliance Heath, Moor, a service technician corrected the error and was friendly and understanding. I highly recommend Alliance Health in The Wynwood Area. If staying for results, they have plenty of snacks to keep you full and a smile to make your day better.

We had an appointment at 13:00 and arrived there about 30 minutes early. Beatriz Clemente was so sweet and kind, and very professional. She took care of us right away! It’s so nice to be treated with such kindness and compassion. I highly recommend going there.
