Bad attention. The employees did not know how to help at all.
They do not have sizes of any model.
I came for a change and they never seemed interested in helping me.
It's my favorite store, I love Adidas but they simply didn't know how to treat a customer here.

It's a good store, I really like the clothes and shoes they carry there, but the service or customer service is extremely precarious, especially from a girl with glasses, she scared me so much that I didn't even dare ask her name, Without lying, I had a bad time because of him.
I don't know if she is the manager or the cashier, but she is the worst in her service.
I even like everything that is there, I even bought tennis shoes there but the truth is that it leaves me with such a feeling that I don't want to go back there.

Excellent clothing and location. They have designs that are not usually found.
However, I left disappointed because one of the girls who helped me did not allow me to make an exchange without a receipt, when I have already done so in this store and in the other branches. It's really a shame, and she replied "you won't be able to do it with me" when it's a local decision and not hers personally.

TERRIBLE customer service. The manager was extremelly rude. They made me gave up of buying many items and I'm never coming back there.
I tried to exchange an item that I did not have the receipt but I had the bank stetament and I used my phone number and email to buy it on this same store. He said it would not work, and that I needed a paper receipt.
How come it is not saver on their system?
I wish I could give zero stars. This man does not deserve his position job.
