Great store with absolutely everything. HERMES is a knife sharpening wizard! No need to leave the beach for top notch knife sharpening. Go see Hermes now with your dull knives! Great manager in a great store.

Make sure you buy as little as possible. If you make a large purchase, you will not be able to carry things to your car. Shopping carts cannot be taken out of the store and you will have to carry everything no matter how heavy or uncomfortable it is.

veryyyyy terrible experience，i hate here, I spent 20ish dollars to get an broken charger head and walked 30min back to return it.they said I can’t return without a box, i believe this store so much before , I never thought it will be useless, that’s why i threw the box after i opened it. Also, it definitely would be broken if i open this product, bc it’s not a normal box , it’s just like a plastic wrap, the manager said it’s not his fault, but it’s also not fair to me, right? IT IS SELLING BAD QUALITY PRODUCT, What mistake does me costumer make ？i just waste my money and time. I don't accept the apology.

No wonder people prefer online shopping. I went to the store today, my big(expensive) shopping bag was on my shoulder,it was totally empty. A woman came to me and told me I can't walk around with it!! I left the store,I rather spend my money somewhere else. Who wants deal with this???

Horrible customer service from store manager named veronica
I’ve seen reviews below about her saying she’s rude and racist which is true.
If everyone is saying them it’s best to believe it instead of going and experiencing it like I did
But her store only had the item I needed so I had to drive far from home to go get it
I placed the order online and picked it up and they didn’t give me a receipt even after I asked.
I didn’t use the item so the very next day I called and asked if I can return the item since I live far and that I don’t have the receipt but I have the email copy and the lady on the phone said yes. I even told her the item I’m returning and she repeated herself.
I drove all the way there and she had this rude attitude and said “no you are not returning this item here. I’m not accepting it. I refuse to accept this return.” Etc repeating herself rudely.
This store does not accept new items for return be careful
All the reviews about her are true
She’s a rude racist store manager that lies
Be careful if you are not white
Ace hardwares customer service hotlines are useless too so don’t waste your time. I tried.
Ace hardware doesn’t care about customer service or their customers.
I don’t recommend shopping here
There’s another Ace hardware near by that’s way better I recommend going out of your way to avoid this one unless you are white or don’t mind being treated this way and wasting your time.

I bought a gallon of Clark Kensington interior paint here. I wasn't familiar with this brand of paint but it turned out to be some of the best paint I've ever used, fantastic color and coverage!
