If you know, you know! Quite an incredibly friendly and immersive experience. Although the fabric and products speak for themselves, the people aspect is always appreciated. Ramon and Dalia were wonderful to work with and we’ll be sure to work with them again in the near future!!

I do not usually leave reviews regarding stores. However, today is the day. I Purchased underwear from the Lincoln Road store. I happen to go online. It was half the price. So I went to return the unused unopened boxes of underwear.
Employee Name:Ramon …was totally rude and said we do not accept returns of underwear. I explained they were unopened, and there is no sign or in the return policy mentioning no returns on underwear. After going around and around I asked him to finally call a manager. He did and 10 minutes later, excepted the return and gave me a bunch of snide comments. Why do things have to be so difficult.

Best place to get you’re jeans in town, if you wanna be covered in drip you gotta go this store. The team was very friendly and welcoming. An associate called Carmina helped me out so much on my last visit and has excellent customer service definitely gonna come back soon!
