I cannot believe what I am saying. I am so sad so hurt. I lived my life off of the three for three; A slice of pizza and two chicken rollers for the last five months. I can’t believe what I’m seeing. There is a new franchise for this location and he is doing a fantastic job with keeping the store clean and fully stocked. The new employees are very friendly and very helpful. This is the place to be for any late night craving, they have all the snacks and all the new vapes in the market. The best 7 Eleven on the island!!!

I think they should hire people who want to work and with good customer service today, 11/26/2022, the employee who is currently working does not have any type of education. I went at approximately 1:00 am to buy some things I needed. and when I paid with my card I forgot something and when I looked for what I had forgotten and paid with my card again, this person told me very rudely to pay attention to what I needed because I was going to use my card to pay for just one thing hellooooo This person is very wrong, he did not like that he had to swipe my card again and it seems that he has forgotten that the card is mine and if I feel like swiping it a thousand times that is not his problem and that is why he is there. and they pay him a salary to serve customers because if it weren't for the customers going there to buy he wouldn't have a job the manager or supervisor should do something about it because I think this person doesn't care how many times I use my card it's my money and do whatever I want with it

I got scammed at this 7/11.They sold me expired Lyca sim card, one that was on the market years ago. Now it's totally different design and no scratch card.Lyca can't do anything about expired sim cards.7/11 refused to give a refund.39$ gone.
