Don’t expect to get that promised call back. Don’t expect to receive anything they said they will mail to you.
The only thing that you CAN count on is getting a bill, getting the runaround, and being spoken to like a child.

Horrible internet service with rude employees. Sherry was very unprofessional. Call Brayley at Point Broadband. She is very professional and saved me $50 a month.

This is the WORST internet service provider in Mexico Beach!! They do not give a heads up when they plan to "work" on the lines or whatever. I work remote and live in Mexico Beach. I was in the middle of a meeting and they shut down the internet and it was intermittent for a while thus the meeting was lost. A freaking heads up would be nice!!!
Do NOT order internet from Mediacom. Get Starlink or Connecten. They are guaranteed to work.

Unreliable internet. If you have options explore them before settling for Mediacom. Sadly they're my only choice.

I visit Port St Joe often and Mediacom is one of the businesses that most people and businesses get their cable and internet through. I was staying at a hotel that used Mediacom and was sadly disappointed when I turned on the tv and could not get a local news station; as Mediacom discontinued local channels on 12/14, very disappointing. For their internet I've used it several times and it's not really reliable; I don't know how anyone can work from home using it.

Worst service there is. Let there be a single cloud in the sky and the service goes completely out. If you work from home DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I literally pay almost $80 and my internet is out every few days. I pay for service I never get to even use.

My Internet goes out multiple times a week horribly unreliable. This is the only Internet service provider in the area. I am forced to have the service and cringe paying for it every month. If you have another option, go for it listen to all the bad reviews they are true!

Mediacom is a terrible internet provider. Would give less than 1 star if I could. They are the only provider that services our current home so we have no other option but to use them. I have had to use them twice now and I am not sure how it is possible but they have gotten worse. Our Wifi is completely unreliable and goes in and out randomly multiple times in a day. I absolutely hate paying my money for this service. Do not use unless you have to.
