I acquired several quotes for a new roof from several roofing companies. Many reasons led me to select Wiedmann Construction and Roofing.
*Emily and Michelle in the office were available to answer the multiple questions during the selection and work processes for a new roof.
*A clearly written quote and contract was provided that explained what was included and not included.
*Worked with team members Joe B, Joe A, Pablo and his crew, and David G. They were pleasant to work with and also answered any questions.
*The company was familiar with the Mysafeflhome program. It is a Hurricane Mitigation Grant program for Florida homeowners.
*Reviews are positive on several review platform sites.
*Wiedmann Roofing holds a Certified General Contractor license and a Certified Roofing Contractor license issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. (DBPR)
*A certificate of their liability insurance is available.
*A wind mitigation inspection and a 4 point inspection are included in your quote . Other company quotes did not include these inspections.
The Wiedmann Roofing team , Emily S, Michelle, Joe B, Joe A, Pablo and Crew, and David G. provided professional roofing service. The new roof was as described and expected. They even did a good job of clean up. They took good care of protecting your outside A/C and shrubbery during the tearing off of the old roof and putting on the new roof. They scanned the yard for loose nails with the large magnetic stick.
I recommend Wiedmann Construction and Roofing to those looking for a professional roofing organization that does quality work.

It doesn’t get better than Wiedmann! Joe the project mgr is super hands-on & always prompt to answer questions/concerns. My roof now puts the rest of the block to shame. It looks AMAZING. This is definitely a company you can trust.

my family and I had a great experience with the roofing process over two different properties! the pricing was fair the work was quality I know these guys personally from locally grown up here and just doing construction as well! the owner to the project manager Joe auker. went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. they have a fantastic warranty and just all around a great company we just had to get an additional repair done and it got done right away! we've been called to get additional work done and just like everything else it was done in a professional manner and handled well! and my opinion these are the best roofers in Brevard county. I speak from experience I highly recommend them whether it be residential commercial or any job even general construction they are the go to company! they have a great office staff that's on top of everything and kept it all excellent from start to finish!

What a pleasure it was for us to have Wiedmann Roofing working on our project. From initial meeting to tarping to completion, the job went flawlessly. Joe B. The sales manager was extremely patient, empathetic, and available to explain everything to us. Also Joe the site foreman and his crew were punctual, fast and efficient. They kept us in the loop at all times, and there were never any surprises that we weren't kept aware of. Emily in the office, was extremely helpful and friendly and always made us feel comfortable with final payment questions. 5 stars, you guys rock! Thank you!

I found Weismann Roofing to be exceptional. From the first phone call, to the estimate, to the scheduling, to the work and to the cleanup, everything was outstanding. On top of that it looks good. I don’t generally review or recommend but in this case I will. Thank you for a prompt professional job.

We were selling our home. We were told we had to replace our roof before closing (within 4-6 weeks). I called several roofing companies and they all told me the same thing- it would take 4-5 months just to get the tile in. Someone suggested I call Wiedmann roofing. I spoke to Emily on the phone- she said they could work miracles and they did! They found tile that could be delivered within 1 week! Joe drove across the state to pick up some tile so we could see what it looked like. It took Wiedmann 4 weeks from start to finish. Emily and Joe were great to work with. We contracted with Wiedmann Roofing & Construction to replace our hurricane damaged roof. We found that all aspects of the project were done to our complete satisfaction. The lead team was on site to answer any of our questions and to inspect the roofers work. The roofers were polite and professional. We had our roof destroyed in the recent hurricane, they came out and gave us an inspection within the first week. Roof ended up looking really good and they took care of our property didn’t leave any debris anywhere on the property.Services: Roof repair
