Horrible service lobby closed due to COVID, LAME. If I had know I would of driven to the Cocoa branch their lobby is open. Had to sit and listen to this one customers problems over and over in drive thru. Took forever.

Kudos to banker Douglas Owens, who gave my wife and I, over-the-top customer service, with a last minute wire transfer we needed! He took us ahead of our scheduled appointment and made the process seem-less. He is friendly, welcoming, and personable. Thank you Doug!

Please place giant signs outside of your branch letting customers/potential customers know that an appointment is required to meet with a banker! -I have never felt so unwelcome in the lobby of my very own bank. I was there to open a new account (on my lunch hour)and was told I needed to make an appointment. The staff looked and treated me like I had just committed a crime by just showing up without an appointment. There was only one other customer in the lobby. I may be old school but for decades a customer could show up at the branch lobby and was treated with great service and felt welcomed. I know this because I worked in the banking industry for over a decade. I am trying to open an account and give you my money and I am being told I have to come back with an appointment. The teller was rude. The manager was rude. I was told it takes an hour to open a new account? It was obvious your employees were not willing to help me. Wells Fargo - you need to send out notifications to your customers and potential customers NOT to enter the branch unless you have an appointment.

Wells Fargo is the most unreliable Bank!Nine years ago I opened a secure card in order to fix my credit. (I deposited $300 and started using it as a credit card in order to improve my record).Nine years later after reaching a credit of $3,700.00 I was late this year one time due to the Pandemia and they decided not to only charge me $33.00 for the late payment but to lower my credit amount to $ 450.00.I have been a customer which always pays my credit cards in full each month and never a minimum payments due in the past years. But they seem to forgot to check my payment history for one late paytment you will definately be punished by this Bank like in my case ruining the credit I had already built.They have completly damage my credit that I have been trying to built for so long.After talking to 3 different friends who used to Bank with Wells Fargo they also had a drastict decrease without a good reason. Keep your eye on this credit card I would definately recomend Capital One as long as you pay your bill on time they will increase your credit limit without asking.And the worse is tha Wells Fargo is where I have my checking account where they could see if I ever been overdrafted, but not for long. I just received an email confirming my credit record has been decrease.This is the type of help you will find by banking with Wells Fargo.DO NOT BANK AT WELLS FARGO!
