The most rude and unprofessional pharmacy technicians I have even encountered. And I'm originally from the city so that says a lot.

In the last few months it is impossible to reach the pharmacy by phone, to the point that I am considering switching to a different pharmacy

Was a past Walgreens pharmacy clients. Due to insurance I had to go to Publix. Publix was such aggravating disappointment, that due to our insurance change we were able to go back to Walgreens. Cheryl, Annie Carl are very helpful. Now that I'm back after 8 months, there are some new faces I need to meet. I'm glad I'm home.
