EJ is the manager of the Pharmacy at Winndixie. She insisted that I get a prescription for an over-the-counter medication in order to use a good RX discount. (50 compared to 12) Publix has no problem because urgent care told me that you may not get a prescription for an over-the-counter medication. She’s unprofessional and I’m concerned for the members of my community that visit this Walgreens Pharmacy. I am a single mom and I don’t have time for people that lie in corporations trying to steal my money. I do not recommend coming to this pharmacy and dealing with this pharmacist. I recommend Walmart or Publix or any other place besides here.

The Pharmacist, Dr. Hani and Pharmacy Assistant, Rebecca worked very hard on Jan 28, 2024 Sunday afternoon to help me obtain a medication (at the least price, $24.98) that CVS, SR 524 didn't care, said my copay would be $290 and were very condescending. This was very close to being an emergency situation, the pharmacy was packed and these wonderful people took the time, had tremendous patience. Don't have enough good to say about these wonderful people! No doubt we a switching our pharmacy to Walgreens!

Literally the rudest person I have met that has worked at Walgreens, the African American lady who works at the front with no manners, slow, lazy, inconsiderate of other customers. Will not be going back in to that Walgreens I’ll switch the cvs.

BEWARE. If you are looking for caring people who will help you, this is the LAST place you should look. My 61 year old mother tried filling her very necessary prescription here for 3 WEEKS and when she tried asking them what she should do they yelled at her and mocked her. The pathetic "manager" Brian watched as his employee reduced her to tears, and then did NOTHING. I called to complain and Brian couldnt care less. It seems to me like this pathetic excuse for a manager can't even control his employees. These people are despicable excuses for medical professionals and they absolutely do not deserve your business. If your insurance will only fill at Walgreens, I suggest you do your best to find another provider, because these people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. We went ahead and paid cash at cvs to fill the prescription because my mother needs her thyroid medication. If nothing is done about this our family and everyone we know will never set foot in a walgreens ever again.

We just received the BEST service at this Walgreens pharmacy! We did a quick teledoc appt for some last minute meds before our cruise, and the staff hauled tail to get us what we needed! They didn’t carry one of the prescriptions we were looking for, but they educated us on some good alternatives to make do with. The staff in the rest of the store was also helpful and friendly.

Within a span of 2 months Walgreens on North Courtenay shorted my family two rounds of pediatric dose liquid antibiotics by 3 days! Our pediatrician says it happens frequently with chain pharmacies. I've called Walgreens and they won't give us the rest! I'm an RN so I'm not administering the wrong dose!Now I have to worry about my child developing antibiotic resistance because of their incompetence. At this point I wonder if it is intentional.I'll NEVER use them again.

This pharmacy should be closed. Arrived at 5:45, 15 minutes before closing and they could t give me allergy medication becaise all registers were shut down. Imagine if I needed something even more critical. Poorly run and not patient obsessed. With pharmacies losing customers by the day, you can understand why. Change your hours of you don’t want to stay open.

The store is good but the pharmacy is a complete mess. They will just leave you on hold until you hang up the phone and only pick it up to tell you to hold on a little bit longer. I waited my entire work break trying to talk to someone about my prescription but they don’t care. I hope they realize their extreme laziness is keeping people from getting medication that they needed. I’ll be switching my pharmacy from now on and will never trust these people again.

If I could give this a million stars I would, my mom went to labcorp here to get her blood taken and the nurse penny was amazingly sweet and so so so nice she made us feel at home and very comfortable! Very fast and easy my mom said she didn’t feel a thing when she took her blood.
