New to the area and trying to get my dog's food Natures Variety Lamb raw called this place (they don't regularly carry the size bag in lamb formula I would need a special order) only to be disconnected trying to reach a person. Called corporate and was disconnected again. Absolutely sure I need to find better customer service than this business.

I have been going here for years, and have always found little problems , but the past two weeks has been unbelievable!!!! I have continued to come here for fish and plants and I was stupid to do so!! I spent over 50$ on fish, and they all died less then three days later, and no it was not my water or anything on my part, all of the fish I had before the new ones are all alive, today I went in and got plants, and set up a new 20 gallon and started its cycle process, but guess what I see swimming in my water not even 6 hours after my purchase? WORMS!!!!! This is unbelievable and I am sick of it, this place needs better maintaining with its fish and their tanks I've lost over 100$ to this crap, step up and do your job!!!!! I'm tired of seeing sick and dead fish in your store ( and please don't get me wrong, this is an amazing pet store and has wonderful and friendly staff, but the maintenance with some of the tanks just needs to be worked on, and customers are suffering for it)

This pet store is awesome! They allow you to bring in your own pets, which is a doubly good thing because it shows they truly love pets and pets love going out and having an adventure so they love it too. I've never been here without being asked at least 3 times if I needed help, I love knowing the people that work here really care. The only issue is the extremely high prices, I would buy all my pet supplies here if they weren't so much higher than prices everywhere else.

Everyone is nice enough and they are always happy to help. My issue is that more than once, I have walked in with questions/issues around "recommended product" I bought at the store. And the employee helping me questioning the previous employee's recommendation for those products-clearly disagreeing with their advice. (tonight I brought in products that I purchased there previously. The fish expert did not recognize one of the products and seemed a little defensive like I didn't get it there. It is a product that came in their 10-gallon Marineland kit they sold me) Nice people who clearly care. However, training should be done. Really nice store to buy product.....however, I would go in knowing exactly what you want.

So many managers running the place . There's one that's really rude and should t even be working in retail . Now they did away with buy 12 bags get one free . I'm switching to Chewy ! Years ago it use to be a great place to shop . Not anymore .

So many nice people who work here. Vaccines were scheduled and given in a timely fashion. love you can go to the pup store next door and get your baby a treat. Cheapest I found in town!

I come here to buy crickets for my baby beardie, the staff is always super sweet and helpful. when i bring my pup with me they always greet him and ask if he can have a treat, which as a dog groomer, i always greet dogs when i see them so it makes me happy. they're really helpful, if they are out of small crickets they allow me to check out the medium and large to see if it's an appropriate size for my bearded dragon. i love coming here, especially since it's right next to publix, i can shop for my pets and shop for myself afterwards :)

Be very careful dealing with them. I went to there store today and because of the coronavirus situation they are having you stand outside and they shop for you. I was outside and ordered 5 peanut butter chews, the person came outside and ask if i wanted the small, medium or large size, I told her medium. After getting them they call you into to pay and had everything bagged up. I paid and left. Once home I opened the bag and they had given me one medium and 4 large with a price difference of 5.00 dollars each. They did not say a thing about the change. I have a 15 week old German Shepherd and there is no way I can give him a large chew. This is total incompetence on their part or just plain screwing their customers!

Stellar customer service. Happy atmosphere. I've seen representatives from local shelters there with happy dogs. Prices are comparable to Amazon for food, less expensive than Amazon for toys and accessories. Bedding and lager items are pricier but comparable to Petco and large chains. Great shop!
