I can always find something at TJ Maxx. This store had even more to choose from than back home. Enjoyed the experience.

So today I went to tjmaxx to get some household items. When I got to the register one of the associates saw 2 tags on an item I was purchasing that was done with the gun. One for 39.99 and one for 59.99 she proceeds to tell me that she’s not selling me the item for the lower price. Ask to speak to a manager she quickly removes the 39.99 price and call a co-worker to back up her story as if they’re not false advertising. So I ask her does she think I walk around with a device that does tags and put my own tags on it. She refuses to admit that one the these useless employees made a mistake. She never apologize not once. I was not about to make a scene with her at the store so I decided to leave the store. Later on called to talk to a manager he’s name is Ernie. He gave me same bull. As if these people are leaving under a rock. I know exactly why she did what she did. If I was white that situation would have been resolved. But I gonna contact corporate instead. I just wish some people would educate themselves before they get a job that deals with customer service. Very disappointed they will no longer see my face in their store.

Overall okay experience The store has a lot of products to choose from and is clean. The one thing I will say that ruined it for me is how I was charged for something that I did not receive in my bag. They had to do a price check so I’m sure during that time they got lost and I’m was frustrated because I have to go through more hoops to get it. Keep in mind the store is an hour and 10 minutes away from my house. Did call and speak to the manager and all they can do for me is have me come pick it up. Thank goodness I noticed too. Everyone is very nice customer service wise just hope I have a better experience next time.
