Very professional. Glad I chose them. They were able to change my home insurance within the day. My home insurance went up on my home over 5k for the year. I called Suwannee Insurance of MI and they were able to save me over 6K a year. They got me down below what I was originally paying. Same coverage I had before. I would highly recommend using them and will continue to use them. Thanks again Mike.

Contacted Helen late morning by mid afternoon she already had rates and much lower than what I’ve been paying. Her and Michael both were a wealth of knowledge on my car insurance policy. It’s nice to have an agent that actually looks out for you by not only recommendations but explanations as to why and what works best for you.
