I love shopping here. The prices are good. The flower is good. The staff is very nice and they have cold water for everyone :-)
Special shout-out to Xeyla who helped me this week. She gave me great advice on edibles (they don't do anything for me). Evidently, it's the way they're absorbed. Who knew? Anyhow, Surterra has some new edible that works for people who are resistant to regular edibles. When I told her they were a little out of my price range, right now, she informed me about "Senior Saturdays" which I did not know about.

Smooth operating system! I've never had an issue at Surterra. Either placing an online request Or as a "walk in".
The entire staff is awesome!

Always love coming to Surterra and seeing the folks there, they always are friendly and have good recommendations, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is absolutely my favorite dispensary and they are really big on CBD as well, which is wonderful as not many other dispensaries have CBD options.

I've been coming here for a few years now and it remains my favorite dispensary by far. The CDT carts never fail me, the flower usually has an excellent cure, and the employees are simply the best. The vibes are just immaculate every time.

Friendly, attentive staff and good Products. My only complaint is those zip lock bags/envelopes with Florida Dep whole flower 1/8 ounces are not an easy thing for some of us old Potheads to get open. I have to remember to keep a couple of empty jars to transfer to when I get home ?

I’m giving a shout out to Mike at Surterra of Merritt Island. Mike was present the day I assisted my mother-in-law and obtaining her first purchase with her new marijuana medical card. She had a recent cancer diagnosis and was in pain. Mike ensured she was comfortable and was was directing his words toward her. He was very attentive, listening to her pain descriptions. He pulled a chair beside her, as she was sitting down from her weakness. His personal touch placed made Maxine feel like she was the only reason he was there.
She left with the knowledge of what she needed and with a personal tough from Mike. Thank you.
