Biggest issue is the parking lot. Dozen of potholes; some are really deep, wide. You can use a few entry ways in and out, but they all have holes. Lights that illuminate the lot at night are often not on. This is a dangerous incident waiting to happen. There used to be benches and trash bins around the Dollar store, they have been removed.Poor management or property leasing company can be blamed. Customer comfort, safety and satisfactory up-keep aren't a priority, might be time to shop elsewhere

The bagels are good NOT great. Please do not explain your bona fides and express how this is exactly like bagels in Brooklyn…it’s not. The bagels are fine if not slightly undercooked. I
I really didn’t enjoy the cook continuing to touch my re-warmed/rubbery egg. This place is huge on hubris not so much on quality.
