do not use your credit card or buy anything from this shell. I did fill my tank ask for receipt which I couldnt get it. the price was around 19 dolar. Now I see that they charged me 100 $ whhat the heck! I call theö they dont answer. I will report a fraud.

It's a gas station. We just got off a cruise and stopped here for some snacks and drinks for the ride home. Prices were average for what we got. Gentleman at the register was nice and friendly. Unfortunately no hot food but it was early....still missed opportunities for sales.

This gas station is pretty rundown. Coffee not enough to fill a whole cup and taste very watery but what can you expect from gas station coffee. Zero customer service as we ordered 8 piece dark chicken and only got 6 pieces. We found out and went inside but they denied as if we were lying?? Can’t believe this happened in Florida. Avoid at all cost.

This place is a total hole. The restrooms are absolutely disgusting. Their prices on beer and wine, and snacks are outrageous; far higher than anywhere else. The signs may give one price, but at the register, the prices are higher. This is bait and switch, which is illegal. Gas prices today were 22 cents per gallon higher than the station across the street.Avoid this place.

5/9 4Star edit.Still need to update the phone number. They made up for the exploded beer with another expensive 4pack and there was chicken available around 5:30PM so I had a good enough gas station experience with some decent tendies and some serviceable side bucket. It's as good as any corporate chicken out there. Then the next time on my way by the engine light flashed and I had an emergency stop where I checked all my fluids and tried to pull a code. The guy working was extremely nice. Like management level nice. I asked about the weird brand of synthetic oil they had and he was actually googling it for me when I got to the counter. Really needed it so I got what I needed to get home and do a quick change the next day.Another time the cahier was so nice I felt guilty for buying frozen beer in the first place. These are good people.4/23/23 1 STAR Edit: whomever is in charge of this page at Shell Corp tried to get the "operator" to contact me but it hasn't happened. Now I will have to try to deal with it in person at a station not convenient to my every day travel. AND they've had a cooler full of 30 dollar 4 packs for a few weeks now. I wonder if the stock will be written off or pushed on other unsuspecting fishermen. As such I'm rating this place one star to encourage better practices and paying attention to their property on Google maps. Corporate shouldn't be managing these stores here if they can't actually provide post facto customer service.4/17/23 I'm glad they are trying to do what they are and I appreciate them. I'll raise my review as soon as they make right on the purchase I just made and fix their phone number. If you call it you get the matrix and I don't speak robot. Something was wrong with the cooler and they need to turn down the one that ruined my 4 pack. Well over 50 bucks for 8 cans I expect to be able to drink it after I get it home. 430 and no chicken. People should be snapping up chicken till late if it's good. I hope they succeed and have everything tightened up and be profitable forever. But I need to call and tell them they messed up the beer and the phone is a lie

Only bought gas, never went inside. Pump control screen was slow, but pumped gas at the normal rate.

This one of the most mismanaged stations I have ever seenThe times that I have gone for gas either the pumps or the touch screens on the pumps were not workingThe answer I received from the counter is that it takes time for the card to go through for the pumps to respond.5 minutes, this pure bsShell should send a team in to investigate what is going onI am skeptical of the card readersIf she'll expects to have a good name this station is definitely not an asset!!!!!!

Went here even though they are overpriced, rude, and have zero customer service skills.... I knew they charged 20 to 30% more than most stores for my brand so I had a coupon online that makes you pick the store that participates in the sale beforehand... I chose this store with the address on the screen along with store number and because the scan didn’t work he didn’t honor the coupon that is now useless because it was a one time deal. I work about two minutes away and live about five minutes away and will NEVER return to this trashy overpriced dump!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Send your employees to a customer service training program and don’t sign your store up for offers that you decide on a day to day basis that you won’t honor them.

Been here for gas many time but never went in the convince store. They had an awesome craft beer selection in the store. Literally better than most liquor stores.
