Over the past few years we have popped in for a specific item or two, but the Mold Smell is overwhelming and chases me out with a blaring headache. They really need to fix this leak or AC issue as the smell permeates the clothing. ?

Very poor customer service. Stood in line for 10 minutes just to be told to find another register. The next employee I found was chatting away behind the counter with a register behind her, she promptly told me to just head to the other end of the store and find a different one. Prime example of why these stores are going out of business.

They had dresses for me to pick through. I found a couple. The service is slow because there are not very many cashiers set up. They were friendly and helpful.

I was able to walk right in & get a refund for shorts that were too big for my hubs. No muss. No fuss. I had ordered them online. The associate was kind & friendly & refunded my money back to my card. It took less than 5 minutes!!!

While placing an online order for some underwear for my husband, I added a couple of clearance tops for myself to make the trip from Titusville to Merritt Island worthwhile. After a couple days, Penney's canceled my husband's underwear order. Made the trip to Merritt Island to pick up my shirts. Upon arrival to the pickup/return counter there were a couple of ladies together being handled for a return. There were 2 employees behind the counter. I was never acknowledged by either even though the gentleman was doing something on a register but not dealing with a customer. He seemed agitated and and was rather forceful with the product he was handling. I waited over 10 minutes to be waited on. Next time I'll just pay for shipping, I don't appreciate feeling like I'm being a inconvenience when I'm buying product from a company.

Maybe it's me, but I was not impressed.I went in looking for cookware. I passed many employees, most stood around motionless. A few were making busy work for themselves. Almost none had any interest in helping a customer find what they were looking for.Pricing was full retail. For my time and efforts, I will just go to the Macy's at the other end of the mall.

I was so sad to see a once great store fall to the sad state it is today. The mall itself is almost empty and I give Penny's cudos for trying to stay in there but, the store was almost empty. It was extremely hard to get my small transport wheelchair around it was so jumbled up. Racks so close together I couldn't look for anything. Their prices for who they are and where they are do not compute. They had good prices on Clarence racks, but regular prices were too high. Sales clerk was very pushy. When asked if we wanted a charge card we told her no but she just kept pushing. Then she rang up a package of men's white tee shirts and they came to 35 dollars! My husband told her she could keep them. She turned around and started talking to someone like we weren't there.

Sydney helped me with makeup before my son’s wedding. She was so incredibly helpful and professional; not pushy at all. She let me decide what I needed and guided me because I asked for the help. Never did she rush at me immediately asking what she could do for me. Instead she welcomed me, and let me know she was there to help if I needed it. It was such a pleasant experience. Sydney is an asset to Sephora and definitely needs a pat on the back for a job well done.

Im happy to see all the positive reviews, but Im actually shocked.. Sephora has a standard they hold up to and when they've always succeeded at wonderful customer service you start to go there just so you can have that same experience. When I moved to Merritt Island in 2016 I was excited to go to something familiar.. however in the 4 years ive lived here I have never been greeted or offered help when I walk in..even when im the only customer.

I’ve been to this store twice in the last few months (and ordered about half a dzn times online) and even though it’s super convenient to order online, the level of service I receive from Belen is paralleled to none! She’s attentive and not pushy. Oh!! Her knowledge of each line blows my mind!! Well done, Sephora!

Best Sephora ever!! Samara helps me spend my money. She makes it fun and shows me how to apply makeup and use skin care properly. She is very knowledgeable!!! She knows me by name and is always happy to see me. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She makes me feel like I am one of her BFF's. I Never met a person who can multitask and still makes me feel like I an her only customer. The entire staff makes me feel like I am at home they are friendly and always complimentary. Thank you! This is the only place I will shop for skincare, make-up and fragrance.

Samara made my experience very pleasant. Although I didn't give her any business, she made my return ( from different Sephora ) transaction very pleasant. Her and her supervisor are very customer service oriented. I'm anxious to book an appointment with her
