Scott took the time to answer the multiple questions that I had before renting, he was very knowledgeable about pricing, promotions, unit availability, all without having to look at the computer to figure things out. It felt nice to talk with someone that KNEW their job and did it well. He showed me around the facility and the unit that I was considering, letting me determine if the unit was the correct size for what I was looking to store. He also was pleasant and personable which put me at ease with the facility itself, if the staff enjoy working for a company then the company is doing something right in my opinion. I will be renting from them immediately and I'm sure I won't run into any problems during my rental period.
