This is a large discount shoe store in an older established mall.It is well-laid out and well-lighted.The sales staff are friendly and very helpful and they know shoes ??!Oh, and they always have sales like BOGO and markdowns!Excellent value and a nice place to shop!I highly recommend this store!???

We were greeted as we walked in. Found what we needed. Cashier was friendly. Love the buy one, get one 50% off deal. Of course we bought two pairs of shoes. Great selection of shoes from dress shoes to flip flops.

The best if the Rack Rooms inbthe county I've been too. Sales staff is actually friendly and helpful, and they have the best selection compared to tgevother stores I've been. If you're in the area, this is the Rack Room to visit.

The other location in this county with a Rack Room I have been too, and much like the one that is closer to my residence, I get frustrated with it, lightly, at times...The shoe sales company, itself, I like. I really get enticed by their BOGO 50% Off offers any time I come in there (it gives me a great excuse to pick up two pairs instead of just one.) But the sales associates are less than friendly, regardless of the day or time I shop there, and there's nothing to mention when it comes to service. It's as if they are simply caretaking the place, and the way some shoes are just strewn on display, it doesn't look like their doing due diligence in that area.Shoe selection is wide and varied, but the actual sizes offered are always - and I mean always - hit or miss. Another source of frustration. I do like that the store is larger and has more of a selection, so that is plus to entice me to drop in when I'm in the area. Otherwise, it's a company that offers a service I do like, so I will come back even with the warts involved.

Patient customer service. I've been having a hard time finding sneakers. They have been patient with me as I have been going g back in firth trying to find just the right pair. Good variety too.
