Staff is always helpful and nice. They go out of their way to ask if I need help when I’m browsing the isles. Most all products I need are available. Store is usually clean. There is a cop doing details often. No complaints.

Pharmacist denied filling my prescription that I ve had for almost 20 years. Then proceeded to call me a liar, that I have never filled at a publix before, when in fact I have multiple times. I have never been treated rhis way before!

I had the most pleasant experience at Publix on Merritt Island Causeway this morning! My encounter began before I ever arrived at the store. I unknowingly called before the store opened and was met with the most cheerful team member, Natalie. I expressed to Natalie what my needs were and she said they would be happy to oblige. Upon entering the store I was met with another joyful greeting by Manager Brad. He was not only nice to me, I noticed that he checked on his staff members to make sure they were okay. As I walked towards the department I needed I was met with a "good morning" and big smile asking how he could help me before I could utter a word. Jared was awesome! He took such care with my order and was very accommodating throughout my visit. My last encounter was with Janice my cashier, she asked me how I was doing and wished me well with my event today. Jared loaded my items and sent me on my way with the same energy I was met without throughout my Publix experience. I will definitely be back!

I didn't have a good experience with the pharmacist, Mrs. Patel, with the covid shot today. She gave shot without touching/pinching me at all. It doesn't hurt that much but I've had allergy shot weekly and if you pinch a bit, you can hardly feel the short but today I really felt it. Point is that it doesn't hurt me but it seems that she doesn't care or doesn't want to do it in a caring manner that makes me post this review. I had covid shot and flu shot at other places and they don't do it her way. Maybe she needs to re-learn how to give shots.

My mother had an appointment at the Publix pharmacy to get vaccinated so I took her there. I waited in line to get served because there was a customer in front of me who was being attended to by the pharmacist and a female assistant doing something else. After about 5 minutes the customers in front of me were gone and the assistant went to the front window making phone calls. The person working at the store came up the pharmacist and started chatting about his health and how the pharmacist helped him all while I'm still standing there without a word. After that person left, I kept standing there and neither of them (pharmacist or assistant) asked if they could help me with something. Then another store person came up to the pharmacist asking about something and then he proceeded to leave with them walking right past me and I spoke up asking if he did not see there was a customer waiting there? He replied noand I was less then 10 feet away from him. I asked how come you could not have said please wait or I will be with you shortly or say something to acknowledge there was a customer waiting to be served (because he didn't see me?). He then said go to the front and the assistant could help me. Why could he of not said that to me earlier? Because he did not see me standing there in line?The reason I made an appointment for my mother at this Publix pharmacy is because store personnel are all so friendly and courteous and always had a positive experience shopping there. Well I didn't know the pharmacy would be 180 degrees off. I will never go back to that pharmacy again!

I love Publix where shopping is a pleasure. I've been a Publix shopper my entire life and the store on 125 E Merritt Island Cswy is one of the best stores I've shopped at. Always friendly, smiling faces, premier customer service, and shelves generally full. I'm most impressed with the deli department. The deli employees always appear to work together and work hard, especially with the volume of customers coming in and online orders too. I'm just grateful those employees show up and work hard each day. Sometimes there's a line but who minds, it's worth the wait. The hot foods case is always delicious & fresh, Pub Subs are amazing and a new one on sale each week, the deli clerks ask how you want the meat & cheeses sliced, the grab and go selection is usually very well stocked. Overall I give 5 stars to the deli employees & managers alone!! They work very hard, helpful & knowledgeable, always try to accommodate any special requests or orders. Keep up the great work!!

Publix is a higher end grocery store. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. The store is fully stocked with everything you expect in a grocery store. The meats and produce are high quality. I like their sushi for a grab and go type meal, also the subs are quite good.

The bathrooms here are always clean. So if your plumbing is out, much like how mine is right now, I would recommend coming here to combine your bathroom breaks with your grocery shopping. Only four stars here today, though, because they were out of paper towels around 10 am this morning.

I really love Publix; however, pharmacy staff at 1850 Courtney Pkwy, Merritt Island, Fl are so slow. Margie and April rude and slow. Will not use this Publix pharmacy again.
