“I ordered something online and from the tracking email it said it was returned to sender (when it shouldn't have). I called the Cocoa Beach postal office and spoke with Amy. She was very nice, and I could tell actually wanted to listen and see if she could help. She went out to the return truck while I was on hold and found my package, and held it for pickup. She went above and beyond out of her way to help. The package was a gift for my nephew, so it was so nice to get it in time. Thank you Amy!”

“I mail packages a lot for ebay and this is my regular Post Office. They are friendly and efficient, even with a line, it usually moves quickly. But, seriously when is this building due for a remodel?! It looks rundown outside and the inside has had a bucket system set up for a leaky roof for years! These people and office need some TLC.”
